1st off I love Popeyes. More than kfc, raising canes, church’s, jollibees, zaxbys etc. when it comes to chain fried chicken Popeyes is my go to. I grew up in Metro Atlanta. Now here in Las Vegas, I’ve heard the locations are hit or miss. This location is a miss. I frequent it because I live nearby, but today’s my last visit. One caveat is the store manager Kevin Asian gentleman I had always seemed professional and is cool. The employees are no bueno. Young, irritable, and have attitudes. One literally just tried to over talk me and be a smart aleck in the drive through right now. Not coming any longer to this location, not recommending it, won’t get any more money from me.

I used to like Popeye when they pioneered the spicy chicken sandwich years ago.
This location that’s connected to a 7-11 not sure if having an off day or Popeyes just going down in quality.
This visit the combo of 3 spicy chicken fingers plus a side and drink $8+ was really sub par.
2 pieces were mostly breading that was hard as nail, the chicken meat inside thinner than the pinkie. One piece was adequate in meat but still dry. For sure Canes chicken tenders is miles better than Popeyes. A mistake to give Popeye another chance.
Service was minimal as well. No one attending the counter or addressing customers until minutes later.

I placed my order, through the Popeye’s app, at 758pm. I ordered the spicy flounder sandwich combo with mac & cheese, and unsweet tea and a free apple pie (thanks to the app). It was not in my hands until 822pm. The worker didn’t even drop the fish until 810pm. He then informed me that they were out of mac & cheese. No big deal, I went with the mashed potatoes. He gave me my beverage. It was sweet tea. He realized his mistake and I just took the sweet tea. No big deal. Finally, I am out of there to head home, 24 minutes after placing the order. Finally un-bagging my food, I see multiple things were wrong. I asked for the spicy version of the flounder and it was just regular mayo. Again, no biggie. But I had to add more (as you can tell from the pics). They didn’t screw up the mashed potatoes. My apple pie was actually the strawberry & cream variety. Again, not a big deal. It was free. Once I got around to eating, the food was actually good. So that’s where the extra star came in. But, yeah, this store needs to figure out the service issues and the attention to detail to making sure the right food is in the order. They only had 3 workers behind the counter. So, yeah, the other reviews actually hold truth.

Popeyes has some of the best fried chicken Ive ever had. I would personally put Popeyes over Chick-fil-a and Canes. I’ve never once had a problem with their food or service. The drive through line moves quickly and efficiently.

Stopped in to get some food after my son’s football game. Crossed my fingers, as this location has been more miss than hit. However, today it was awesome. Drive through attendant was friendly and helpful and the food was hot and delicious. Keep it up guys and gals.

Only ordered a normal chicken sandwich combo for dine in & they took 20 minutes just to give me my chicken sandwich & side. Fries were soggy & barely warm plus the customer service ain’t it. They had 4-5 people working but were just walking around. Don’t waste your time here.

The hours posted are until 10:00PM. Upon arrival to pick up an pre-made online order, I found that the doors were closed and locked at 6:35PM. The drive-through line was about 10 cars deep. If this is the “normal” for in-store hours. I will no longer be coming to this location to avoid unessecery long waits for having to go through the drive-through lane during earlier evening time slots.
