I just want to say thanks to the team at the Taco Bell on Sheridan Rd in White Hall.
Was there yesterday afternoon about 1 p.m. to get some food. I care for my Aunt, who is 96 and she’s been very sick lately. I had gone out for a bit to simplify relax while I had the help caring for her and decided to stop there.
I went in the store to place my to go order. Armani W was the cashier. She was friendly with a big smile and an excellent knowledge of the menu, what the meals included and how they’re prepared. She was great!! The staff in the back were communicative and upbeat and kept orders coming out hot fresh and on time.
The service I received there was so good I just wanted to acknowledge them and say thank you. You made a tough day brighter for me and it really meant a lot!
Thank you and I hope your manager does something special to recognize your service excellence!!

I stopped by at 10:30 in the drive-thru and waited no one would answered. Now I remember why I HATE going there, now that I remember I’ll not be back. 5 employees cars at the building and no one cares. I’ll be glad when it closes…. A one star rating is to much.

Tell me why I just doordashed some taco bell because I work 70 hours a week at my job and I ordered a Mexican pizza meal and upgraded the two tacos to Dorito loco Supremes and a strawberry Baja dream freeze. When I got my food my tacos are not supreme but also have no meat just lettuce and cheese and my Baja has no strawberry even though there was a upcharge and my Mexican pizza had no tomatoes on top or meat inside. I went ahead and ate my pizza because I got to pull a 12 hour shift again but I work in the restraunt industry. If you don’t have something you tell the doordashed so they can inform the customer. I would have cancelled my order and told door dash to refund my money for my food and keep the tip for the Dasher since they drove there. I am not going to scream or rant about it everywhere I just hope corporate sees this and knows about it because I am a manager and I know corporate looks at our reviews

We went here for the 2nd time yesterday, & we are again amazed at how friendly, fun, & kind these employees are! Taco Bell HQ needs to pop-in & give these workers some kind of award! They are so happy! They were greeting everyone that came in the door & saying something nice to all, & helping people with the kiosk. We will definitely be back! Plus the food is so yummy! My favorite is the Mexican Pizza!!

Every time I come here they never get my order right. I HATE SOUR CREAM. why is it so hard to NOT put SOUR CREAM on a burrito. I have waited for 20 to 30 min in a drive thru on many occasions and every single time my food is wrong this makes 8 times in a row. This time I tried going inside. I’m tired of getting home and having to return to get it fixed. I’m done with this place. I will never return to this taco bell again. And one more thing there is always something missing. So I get to go hungry today after spending $51.72. Thank you for nothing. Update as of March 7th 2025. Apparently I forgot I left this review and went back today. Surprise surprise same crap as last time. I ordered 3 tacos for my wife 4 for myself after working 20hr shift. I only got 1 and my wifes were wrong.all the food was horrible. Thanks for reminding why I ducking hate your establishment.

This Taco Bell was spectacular! The atmosphere was very professional, clean, pleasant, and quiet. Also, the staff were very attentive to details and were fun, helpful, professional.
I ordered a Grande Nacho Box and a small Pepsi. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and fresh. There was not a long wait. The fountain drink machine was calibrated efficiently and the Pepsi was as perfect as the come. Also, there were plenty of drink choices available.
Finally, there was plenty of food for me to take some home to enjoy. I will definitely visit this location and have the same order again as soon as possible!! Treat yourself!

I go here to do my homework and typically get either a taco salad or power bowl both like insanely altered special orders. Staff always hooks me up. Very friendly and the food is great.
