This place is horrible and is not a cooperate location. Stick to cooperate location if you want real pizza. This place sales cheese on bread without the sauce. Farrrr from the pizza hut you grew up going to. Not even close.

What a joke of an establishment. I’ll be contacting corporate come Monday morning. I made a $60 order. Minutes after pushing my order through I realized I forgot to add 1 single ranch cup. I called the store and asked to add a ranch cup. The worker told me I couldn’t add to my order. So we had to do a separate order. So I said ok. She then told me they would be unable to deliver the single ranch cup. I suggested she put the ranch cup into my existing order and she told me she was unable to do so. So she wanted me to have my whole order delivered and then drive the 4 miles to come pickup my single ranch cup. What a joke. I then told her I want to cancel my order if she couldn’t be more helpful and she simply said “ok bye”
And hung up on me. Unbelievable. This is why the Pizza Hut chain is dying. Common sense isn’t very common among their employees.

1. Had to wait an extra 15 mins besides the half an hour wait because not only an employee burnt my food while cooking, but also because HE FORGOT to make another to replace it. I overheard the manager react to the cook acting oblivious about redoing the food that he burnt himself. Although the manager offered to make a brownie instead, I referred not to waste any more time there.
2. Another customer next to me noticed one of the employees return from the restroom WITHOUT washing her hands.
I feel sympathy for the manager for the being the ONLY one to try to hold the place together unlike the rest of kitchen employees. Overall, this place is not great…

This place SUCKS the pizza is cold (I showed up when the app said show up) dude didn’t cut the FREAKING pizza – 2nd pizza was supposed to have bacon looks like plain cheese (barley any bacon) what type of people are you hiring here ??? NEVER AGAIN stay away from this place far away. The floor was dirty inside the store – employee had dirty finger nails handing me the 2 pizzas — I don’t even trust eating this for Health reasons. Literally just threw it in the dumpster.

Anyone reading this review, please check your credit card transaction and make sure they don’t charge you tips without asking you. Here’s my story. I ordered an ultimate bundle on Saturday for carry-out. The guy forgot my boneless chicken wings completely and made me wait for extra 6-7 minutes for the chicken wings. I only found out the meat-lover pizza and supreme pizza I ordered were completely messed up after I got home. Neither of them was correct pizza, but I sucked it. Today is Thursday. I found out they charged me 18% tip without my authorization, guess that’s why they asked me to sign the receipt although I made the order through Pizza Hut app and paid in the app. Called both customer service line and the store, and I was asked to wait for the upper management to call back, probably until Monday. We will see.

This is how we received our pizza when we picked it up. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe they even put this in the box and thought it was ok to serve it. $30 pizza went in the trash. There’s no way I would feed this to my family!

When I got my pizza it was ice cold and there was slices of pizza all thrown in the box. It literally look like somebody dropped it on the ground and just threw it back in there and I did not receive the right pop order a Mountain Dew, and got diet. Overall will not be getting anything else from this Pizza Hut especially when you considered I paid over 30 bucks to get one pizza and pop.
