Horrible place to try and order something to eat! I waited almost 15mins to try and order on one of these self order tablets while the crew member behind the counter at the cash registrar refused to take my order, no matter how long I had to wait for a order tablet to come open! The problem is ALL 3 of the parties using the tablets had NO IDEA how to order on these devices, causing even longer wait times to even order food, not to mention the extra wait time to get your food prepared!
As you can see from my photo all 3 parties are asking each oth we “How the heck do we order on this thing?”
As you can see in the other 2 pics, the crew member doing “NOTHING” with her hands in her pockets, or just lookong at the POS, while customers struggle to order on the Tablets? I’ll Never Come Back To This Location Never Again!!!!!!

Taco Bell app acted up, placed a small order. I went thru Drive through to fix the problem. STAFF WAS UNIFORMED HOW TO HELP. RUDE AND EVEN HUNG UP BEFORE CONVERSATION ENDED. At a differnt store at North town mall, they were very nice and resolved the problem. Customer care at this location is awful and wonderful at another.

i love this taco bell so much. it’s the best one in town. i got a 7 layer burrito and the worker who made it was very polite and made it the best burrito ever. i’m pretty his name was jacob. i’ll definitely be returning , it was a great experience to dine here and is better then any of the other taco bell’s in town.

I DoorDash here regularly and usually it’s good but lately it takes up to 5 minutes for employees to even engage contact with me. They look me directly in the eye and walk off even with an empty store.

HORRIBLE, I ordered through door dash but for me to pick it up waited in line 45 minutes so by the time I made it to the menus whatever food they already had would of been cold so I placed a another order at the menu. They gave me the food that had been sitting there for over an hour not knowing I was the same person with the door dash order. So, after he handed me the food I told him I also needed my door dash order. He tells me hes been there for over 4 hours and they haven’t gotten any door dash orders. So I show him on my phone the order and he tells me that it must be at a different taco bell. So I said I’ll call corporate tomorrow and find out what happen. He says one second grabs a receipt from behind him and says well we did get this one but your going to have to pull around we will bring it out to you. I waited for an additional 35 minutes for them to recook the order that I sat in the drive through waiting on. Both orders were over $25 per order. Why should a customer paying over $25 for a meal get lied to and gave food that has sat there for over an hour? What if it wasnt me they gave it to what if it was you??$65 and 2 hours later I can finally eat a cold meal.

One star because I have to. Literally the worst Taco Bell in the area. All the sauce was busted and messy in the bag, hardly any cheese and sour cream on the potatoes.

Sad sad sad!!! 2 bean Burritos. Add Beef no onions. I’m allergic. Can they get it right? Nope. Too complicated an order. And they want $15 an hour? If you can’t get that right you don’t deserve it.

Just left. An hour before the lobby closes- This restaurant has been severely neglected- trash all over the floor, cans overflowing, tables covered in shredded cheese and grease… leaves me concerned for kitchen sanitation levels and whether or not I really want to eat these stale nachos… and… what did the bathrooms look like?
Cashier wasn’t rude, but made me feel like an inconvenience when taking my order.
If there was a manager on duty, they should be fired for letting the store get this bad.

I’m not sure who the dark skin pregnant girl is that has been working the window lately, but she is soooo kind! She speaks with such kindness through the drive through… since she’s been working the window our bag has had absolutely everything in it including NAPKINS! This has never happened until this lady. This isn’t the first time I’ve had her at the window which is why I had to come make a review. Lovely woman. Hard worker!
