Bridgette and Jessica are amazing. Always super friendly and quick. The sampler platter is so good and a great price and to top it off the brownie sundae with Oreo pieces is great for the sweet tooth. Decent prices overall. The restaurant is always clean when I come in.

On a Saturday, the atmosphere was very perky. We were served by at least 3 people. The food was fresh & well prepared. I would say this is the best Denny’s in the state of Oregon!

Jessica our server in the Dalles earlier this evening. She got a bit busy around dinner time where everyone clearly came at once (along with us). She communicated with us that things might be a minute, but never let us feel like we were forgotten. We really appreciated her service this evening, as we were half way through a long road trip home and extremely hungry and tired. Thank you again Jessica!

Our server Gonzalo was very friendly and attentive, as soon as I finished my soda he was immediately asking me if I’d like a refill. The food came out quickly, despite a busy evening. Gonzalo checked on us frequently throughout our dining experience, and the food and service were great, and the prices, fair. We’ll definitely be returning!

It makes me sad to have to say anything bad about Denny’s in The Dalles because usually my family and I have had good service from them in the past. However, this is no longer the case. My wife and I thought it be nice to order in dinner for our anniversary. My wife ordered a turkey dinner with potatoes and fresh fruit. When I returned he with the food what my wife got was turkey that not only looked like it was scraps of whatever was left of the turkey but that the turkey had been bitten into. Also, after returning to the restaurant to get my money back my wife informed me that the cantaloupe in her fresh fruit also looked like it had been bitten. When I brought this to the attention of the guy at the register along with his supervisor they both told me that they “didn’t believe it”. So dismissive and not wanting to hear me out. It’s sad to see a place like Denny’s dip in quality mainly due to those running it or the staff that doesn’t care. Extremely, let down. We will not be back.

The service was slow and our waitress didn’t have a smile. She looked tired and done for the day it come to find out her day had just begun about an hour before food was OK. My burger came with burnt fries. and they tried to play it off like it’s because they’re seasoned. They come out like that, but I used to be a cook and those fries were dropped in the fryer a second time to heat them up which burnt them so I had to return them to get regular fries which came out just under burnt so I ended up not eating any fries

I recently started going to this Location after I get off work just about every day. My server has been Jessica almost every time that I’ve gone and I couldn’t ask for a better server. She is amazing. Very nice patient as well as very quick to fix anything if there is a problem which there hasn’t been so far.

I would appreciate updated prices on the menus. I got charged more than the menu had quoted. Other than that, the food was good.

Dropped by the local Danny’s for dinner. Was blown away by the customer service we received from both Isaiah and Josh. Both were professional, nice, courteous, happy to help, and an absolute treat to be around. They made our food, and our experience 100% better just by being themselves. 100% recommend.
