Just don’t pay attention. As a fast-food worker, I get it, but it is stressed that we pay attention to tickets for customer satisfaction. Did not want jalapeños, yet got them anyway. Food was cold, also.

We ordered chips and guacamole, two soft tacos with potatoes, one chalupa, one rice. We then ordered and immediately got told they had no potatoes, we told them to replace it with nacho fries, they don’t have that either. We then say make them with beans instead. We proceed to fill our drinks, only 4 stuff works, gatorade no sugar, water, Baja blast midnight, and root beer. Food got back pretty quick but was a little sloppy and looked rushed even though we were the only customers. The workers were ignoring us when we made multiple calls until we walked up to one. Overall food was edible, but not enjoyable, drinks were terrible, service was pretty bad, had pretty good music going on.

I placed my order and when I did, I told them my meal had to have absolutely no sour cream, tomatoes or onions, as I am very allergic. It will make me deathly ill if I eat this I get home and there is sour cream and tomatoes on my food. I tried calling they would send me to the voice box they would not answer the phone they would not take my call. I paid $35 in some amount change for this order and asked that they simply not put sour cream tomatoes or onion on any of my food. What did they do? They put it on there anyway then would ignore my calls.

Since when does taco bell not let you make your own drinks when you come inside and order. I don’t put ice on my drinks because my car has no ac and I have to drive 15 minutes to my house the employee just made it without asking I always thought places just thank you a cup for you to make your own drink

This place was so clean and pleasant we decided to dine in. Everyone was very helpful and had great attitudes. The tacos were good eating but I do so miss the Double Taco Special. It was the best tacos I’ve ever eaten not to mention the price was only $1 ❤❤❤
