Always the quickest drive through and great ladies working the window and front counter! Love stopping here for lunch. AND this Taco Bell and the Taco Bell on Stockwell road are the only ones I can order a chalupa from and it not be old and stale!

The customer service at this location was extremely poor. The older woman working the front counter with the thick dreadlocks or braids was openly hostile toward both customers and coworkers. She appeared angry about having to do her job, berated people, and was throwing cups and straws while being short and disrespectful to everyone.
In addition, the rest of the staff avoided facing the public altogether. Customers are not acknowledged at the counter—you can stand there for 30 minutes or more without anyone coming to assist you. Despite having a designated mobile pickup rack, mobile orders were kept at the drive-thru instead, creating unnecessary confusion and delays.
To make matters worse, the food was made incorrectly and appeared rushed and poorly assembled. I am a former employee, so I recognize when corners are being cut, and this was clearly a thrown-together mess.
Overall, this location shows a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and basic customer service.

Staff is to worried about messing around then taking an order correctly. Out order was messed up no pico on the tacos broken taco shells no napkins and no sauce! Get it together people!

This place was awful. The staff was too busy yelling and cursing at each other than taking care of customers. We had a fairly large order (close to $100) and the majority of the items ordered was received wrong. Didn’t take them back due to the bad attitude of the employees I didn’t want to get yelled at for bringing my food back.

The best Taco Bell I ever been too! Service was fast, accurate and the food was made correctly. It even looks good……not just tossed together. You could tell the order taker was a great multitasker.
