We all ate breakfast food and crushed the meals. Pancakes and syrup were very good.
I had a fried chicken biscuit with gravy and turkey sausage, which I was not too hot about, the “fried chicken” was chicken tenders.
Sausage was ok, biscuits not bad. I’m not a gravy person but the white gravy did add some Goodness to it
Had breakfast with 8 people in total and came in around 1030/11am on a Monday. Not too many other patrons around. It did take a long time for the food to come out, but same for the other party of 6 right by us. Maybe they were short staffed in the kitchen because it felt awfully long. Food came out hot though
Warm and homey-like environment, staff was also very nice
Clean bathrooms

Nothing beats a giant cheeseburger and fries after a day of shredding. Pardon the hand shot but she was too juicy and delish to put down

While the atmosphere wasn’t anything special, the food was DELICIOUS and the waitress serving my table was amazing. I had a great time and will definitely come back the next time my family’s in town.

In town for work and it looked good, I wanted to try it
6pm tried door dash order was canceled by the store so i drove up parked infront and placed a call to put in my order watched waitress answer the phone she asked me to hold
7 minutes later I see her start mopping
I wait a bit longer,
I go in ask the im assuming the manager are you closed she seemed hesitant in answering
Let her know im the one thats been on hold and showed her my phine
Told me that wasn’t the phone number
I hung up and called again phone rang inside

We came in as a party of 16 on our way to DC for a family reunion. Immediately, the women up front scoffed like she didnt want to service us and told another girl to ” get them.” I chalked it up to being busy but it didnt seem too busy. We were sat then a party of Caucasians walked in whom she immediately smiled for and sat them right away. Now im curious, posistioned with a clear line of sight on the door. Another black family walks in and its the same thing. This women, Brenda should not be working in food service if she has that much contempt for a darker skin tone. We will not be back, neither will any my friends and family. My wife was ready to give a her a piece of her mind. What’s that going do old racist people will never change. I wont be treated with contempt when we just want to eat after a long 10 hour drive. The food was the only thing half decent. Racism will never end.

The waitress, Miranda, was quite polite and accurate, especially given that she was the only one handling three busy tables. I specifically appreciate her patience with our group’s many questions.
On the side of our cashier, as a staunch Perkins Pie supporter, I appreciate that she asked if we’d like a slice. I hope the propaganda of Perkins’ Pies spreads to the four corners of our great nation.

We just ordered the turkey dinner family meal. Very good high quality food. We also got a pumpkin pie which certainly seemed homemade and not out of a freezer. Delicious. Very impressed and very happy we will be going back all the time. The only regret I have is that I didn’t tip the lady for our pickup order and now I feel bad. I’ll be sure to make up for it

Carolyn was our waitress, she was so attentive and welcoming. Questions about substitutions we had she answered with ease and made our breakfast a great one. Brenda helped bring out our food since she saw Carolyn was a bit busy with a large group and really showed that they were a team there. Once the food came out it was hot and delicious, and didn’t take long at all.

We had breakfast here while we rented a condo for the weekend. Blueberry pancakes were sooooo light and fluffy. Service was great both times, even though they were a big light on staff when we came the 2nd time. Our server was busy, but she was nice and always checked on us as she flew past LOL

Little slow and took awhile to get our orders but for a small town restaurant they are pretty solid and I would come back again. Albeit food took about 45 min to come out, when it did it came out hot and tasted good!! Server was friendly and even the manager had come around just to ask how our service was. Very affordable like you would see at most chain places in the city. If your in the wisp mountain resort area give this place a try.
