Food was great. Service was alright. Horrible rating is due to the fact I found a metal ball bearing in my frozen Baja blast. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of it but I gave it to the manager on duty. They didn’t care and were rude about it when I reported it. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. I’m glad I didn’t swallow it but please check your frozen drink machine as if my kid swallowed it I would be in a different mood.

I ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla. The red sauce used was overbearing. The quesadilla wasn’t cut at all. It wa lukewarm as well. I’ll probably never order that ever again.

This place literally robs me every time I pick up food! Even asking the cashier to double check because the last time you ordered items were missing and get told “Dont worry I will personally check” you still get robbed! Their consistency for taking your money and not fulfilling the entire order is on point.

Went here for lunch the other day. Paid with a $50 and the girl at the window turned around to ask her manager if they accepted cash – or only card. She didn’t know how to give change. I was flabbergasted. The food quality has declined dramatically.

This was the first time I think since I moved to southeast Louisiana that I received fast, friendly service at any fast food location. They got the order correct and even asked if we wanted hot sauce. The manager of this place needs to travel around Louisiana and train the staff of pretty much every other fast food restaurant, at the ones I’ve been to. Great job staff, great job management, keep up the good work!!!

Incompetent. Slow. Constantly misses items. I just got home and they left two items off my order. I know I shouldn’t have such high expectations to actually receive what I pay for. I absolutely dread when the family says they want Taco Bell. This location is trash.
