Very disappointed, they gave me old food my drink was wrong and fries was cold on top of nuggets were rock solid hard on O’Neal lane Taco Bell , I ordered through DoorDash and DoorDash refused to refund me call the store and they are close they did better saying they couldn’t make order then to give me this junk. Never again !!! If I could have did zero stars I definitely would put 0.

Taco Bell is usually my go to but this location was so disappointing.The AI at the drive-through speaker wouldn’t understand and let us change our drink sizes and when we went to pay, the cashier was curt and told us they adjusted our downsized drink order though we still had to pay for the Large. Second, I ordered the 3 supreme crunchy tacos. They gave me regular and they were so poorly filled and dressed! Zero care at this place. I would have been better off driving to the next city for lunch. I stopped afterwards to use the restroom – please hire someone to fix the water pressure on the faucet. It sprayed wide and everywhere. It is just water but this whole experience is not one I’d go out of my way for again.

Went through drive -thru heading back from Florida on our way to Texas… later in the drive right before 9 pm skeptical about getting decent food on the go especially that late… both husband and I food was really good… tasted very fresh and hot… don’t expect much these days especially fast food and we were both impressed… not gonna lie, best experience from a Taco Bell in years … guy at the window very nice and just wanted to give them a shout out when so many fast food places get the negative comments….. this particular Taco Bell ? or this particular shift ? great job guys!!!

This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell location. Me n my daughter always come here and I always order the same exact thing and there’s NEVER been a problem but TODAY was a different vibe. I always order my Mexican pizza with sour cream and onions… but I guess they felt the need to be funny and put 5 scoops of onions on my pizza. I scraped half of them off and ALL my cheese and sour cream came off with the EXTRAAAAA onions. I walked to the counter with my pizza and told the young lady that there was no cheese left on the top of my pizza snd instead of fixing it she told me “she watched them put cheese and sour cream on my pizza” so I said never mind imma eat it. And I went back to my seat… the two older women in kitchen then started staring me down … every time I looked up they were looking at me and kept looking like they were trying to intimidate me… and I even asked out loud a Few Times what the problem was because I didn’t even get my pizza re made… and every time I looked UP one or both of them was staring at me… yea. My Mexican pizza taste like a pile of onions… you know it did . And yes yall made my visit uncomfortable and even worse yall r teaching the younger girl to be extra bad at customer service and you should b ashamed bc I also work in customer service and when SOMETHING IS MESSED UP Im not combative …. I just fix it… the customer is paying for it… I won’t be back. I wrote a review bc I chose “no receipt” (like I always do) but it needs to be known how yall treated a regular thst you didn’t recognize. it was July 29 between 2:30 n 3:30 pm… clocked it.

I went in to order because the AI was not understanding. No one made eye contact with me when I walked in. Finally ordered and then had to turn around and use the kiosk for the rest of my order. The food bag was basically thrown on the counter when I went to get it. Never got my drinks that I paid for and no one would make eye contact with me when I walked up to the register to ask. Ended up just leaving without them. Never going back.

If I’m the only customer inside the store, why must I use the kiosk. The tables were all sticky feeling. Should serve on trays for that reason. The young man who brought our food out was very friendly. The food was on point. Wife was very impressed with the Iced coffee. It was priced very well. Having a Starbucks literally next door demonstrates how coffee can be so differently done. Taco Bell’s was great coffee and did not need to be pricey.

STAY AWAY!! Employees behind the counter won’t even look at you, then you make your order on the kiosk with cash and then have you sit around for 20 minutes only to tell you didn’t even start your order yet because they didn’t take your cash yet. Never will I ever ever ever ever come back to this Taco Bell.
