Maybe Taco Bell should replace all their employees with AI, not just the speaker. How is it that in a drive thru you OVER cook. Straight up burning food to a crisp. When speed is supposed to be the goal. I just don’t get it.

All I ordered was nachofries. Cold fries and not even a full container…
The few fries I have are dumped all over the bag. In the back feels weirdly heavy.
I legit had more packets of hot sauce than fries in the bag.
I only ordered fries… No sauce.
They pulled that crap to try to hide the fact that they didn’t have enough fries in the bag.
I tried to hand them the bag back with the 20+ sauces and they told me they couldn’t take the bag back.
So I dropped the bag right at the window for them. I’d like to apologize to your management for your employees wasting more money and sauces than the fries themselves.
All I wanted was an order of fresh nacho fries.
I never meant for it to turn into a conspiracy, our cover up, and finding out where all your food waste is going.

I patiently waited for an unruly customer to hold up the line while exchanging their order 3 times. It was clear that the gentleman at the window was doing everything possible to satisfy them without gratitude. Fortunately, everyone else was patient and felt sorry to watch. Food was good had grilled black bean burrito very good well mad burrito. Service was quick. Rest rooms are a down fall and cleanliness of facility were below standard hard not to give them a 3 but because the staff was prompt and food was good they are a borderline 4. Clean the place up take pride in your facility and restrooms that will help down the road.

I hate to give bad reviews. I come from Orlando, Florida for business reasons. I wanted to eat something quick, but coming here is a waste of time and a lack of respect.
4 people working and none of them deigned to attend me to take my order, I had to do it myself. While they were preparing my order, they looked at me and talked to each other. My thinking is that since I am “Hispanic” they thought I don’t know English. My order came out terrible. When I was leaving, the only person who came in after me, ordered and after several minutes he had to tell them, excuse me… I already ordered, you can make my order. And the employees on the cell phone watching videos. The person in charge of this establishment should take action in the matter. Do logistics and audits. And give them customer service training. What a pity that in such a busy area, this place does not enter so many customers.

This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell location! Everyone I go visit to order from the menu, the staff is always pleasant. They all get along with each other and they work very well as a team. The restaurant stands out above the rest because it is very clean inside and the food is always hot and fresh. They make the nachos and all of the tacos with care and they package it nicely! Thank you all for being such a great staff!♥️

I literally thought these Restrooms would be clean since Guests have to ask Permission to use them. Nope. Food is good. Touch Screens to Order should be Wiped Down they look dirty as soon as you walk in. This restaurant looks like a better drive thru option vs dine in.
