Out of the local Taco Bells, this location gets our order mostly correct the most. Its the customization that are normally wrong. No Tomato, or Extra red sauce, extra onion. Picking tomatoes out of a crunch wrap is not as simple as off a taco. LOL They seems to always be out if something, at least when ordering with the app. The service is not rude but not friendly. Almost allways just kinda seems sad. I know its not Chick-fil-a but still. More times than not the staff just seems like they dont want to be there. There is the rare occassion the window person is in a great mood. We order Taco Bell way more than we should. The few times we have been inside it was always been clean. The parking lot is always clean.

lady at the window was as rude as could be, hands me my freeze, then, as she is about to put my lid on my drink, she turns, and throws some out, and then proceeds to laugh before she handed me my drink. you can clearly tell this isn’t full, i don’t know what her problem was but i was nice to her the entire time and said only “yes ma’am” to her in case she was having a bad day, but seriously?

After waiting an hour since I ordered on their app and 40 minutes in line, i finally got my food just to realize that only half of the food was actually in their for what I paid for. Taco Bell, especially this location, can never get the order right. Need a refund of some sort, because this is like the 6th time this has happened to me here.

Update as this location is still bad. I just ordered the new cheese it Crunchwrap combo and to my surprise there is no cheese it or even a hard shell. It’s just a wrap. I’m reporting this cause I paid $10 and didn’t get what I ordered. I posted pic. This is unacceptable.
I ordered 2 burritos and a hard taco. It doesn’t even come with sour cream which I hate. They purposely put sour cream on an item that doesn’t even come with it! This happens way too often and I love taco bell. I wish I can give 0 stars. Oh and for those who say go to the gonzales location they are 10 times worse. I can’t deal with simple orders being messed up this bad. I don’t usually complain but taco bell has fallen nation wide over the past few years. Every location constantly has my order un eatable. Please check food before leaving. They get it wrong 1000% of the time. TB needs to restart from scratch bad.

Every time I’ve been to this Taco Bell the service is always horribleeeeee. The draw thru is so unprofessional and rude . Please OWNERS RE TRAIN THE WHOLE STAFF. It’s terrible very rude to customers.

Worst experience. Cheese was chunky from the fiesta potato, tacos were stale and also came already broken up . The employees are also very rude. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down or be under new management.

Definitely needs new employees! I vist this taco bell a lot out of convenience of it being close to my house and sometimes I drive to the one in Gonzalez just because they’re nicer and can put a taco together better! I feel like half of the people working here don’t even know how to do their job but I can always count on them to sloppily put my taco together, be rude and mess up my order.

I have been a few times to the Taco Bell in Prairieville recently because of the Mexican Pizza being brought back. I went in on the first day, Sept 13th, because I was having trouble ordering thru the app. The manager on duty and other employees were very patient and helpful. The other couple times I went, whether drive thru or carry out, my order comes out quick and hot and the employees are very nice! I’ll be back again and again!

Trash; I’ve been there before on late nights and ordered extra meat and things because they never put enough. But this is ridiculous; ordered ahead online, orders still wrong and just look at the crunch wrap; there’s nothing but tortilla and a couple shreds of lettuce

At approximately 3:02 9/3/2025 (I have the video of interaction)I came in here to get my order and as usual I would get a cup holder and some extra packs of sauce,as soon as I put my order and the sauce on the cup holder, an African American female employee sitting at a table with someone told me she already put sauce in the bag, I replied i want to get some extra sauce which got her upset and told me” im not going to lie about putting the sauce in there and you don’t even have a drink and yank the entire order from me so i politely told her keep the order. It will be canceled.
