The customer service was horrible. The person at the window was very rude and his appearance and tone were not appropriate. The food was disgusting!
Everything was cold, the boxes that the food came in were already dirty before I opened them. And the portion sizes of everything looked like they were rationing food! Do not eat here! The picture is the food un-touched by me! Exactly how it came.

My wife ordered a 5 layer Burrito sub the beef for the chicken. And this is what she got. There’s no way it should look like this. We didn’t discover this until we got home so she didn’t even take it back.

You go in and there’s nobody there to take your order, you have to put it in yourself at the kiosk. I spent extra substituting beef for steak on two of my burritos, because the beef always makes me sick. I noticed while eating the first burrito that they did not substitute my beef for steak, but I was still charged for it. So I paid $14 for two burritos that I can’t even eat. When I tried to call to see if going back up, there would even be worth it. Nobody answered the phone.
I’ll be back up there tomorrow with pictures in hopes that I can get a refund, I also asked for a receipt through my phone number on the kiosk and still haven’t received that so I don’t know if there’s even anything that can be done. I understand it’s late and y’all are tired, but I just got off of work and I am also tired. I can check to make sure my orders are right, you should be able to as well

Just about every time I come to this location I don’t receive all my items. If you choose to go here, don’t pull forward or drive away without checking your food first as there’s no easy way to loop back around.

This place was overall not that great. The staff didn’t know the menu. We asked if they had any other meal boxes instead of the Steak Nacho Box, and they said no. But, as soon as they flipped the breakfast menu over, THERE IT WAS. The Naked Chicken Chalupa box, the one we came here for. It took them about 20 minutes to throw meat cheese and chips in a box. The only saving grace was that the food was delicious. Another problem I have is with the tables. They are poorly constructed wooden tables that have no business being here.

Food was fine, as from any Taco Bell franchise. However, the service was awful. About only 3-4 cars were in front of us, yet took about 30 minutes just for us to order. In addition, there was extra wait time after ordering to actually recieve our food.

Employee was nicest taco bell employee I’ve encountered in years. I typically see very unhappy people when I go through two bell drive through. Food was fine, but has gotten way too expensive… could go to an actual Mexican restaurant for the same price…
