By far the worst taco bell experience ever. First off, the lady accepting orders was clearly not happy to be working there. No smile no thank you no receipt. When I asked if I could have mild sauce, I must have upset her. I didn’t know that she’d already put 20 hot sauce packets in the bag. Now for the food, I ordered a beefy stuffed burrito, the rice was very hard and the burrito was an absolute mess. I also ordered the 3 soft taco combo, where is the meat? At best, if I’d taken the meat from all 3 I may have had enough meat for one of the soft tacos. Lastly, the floors are horribly dirty. Hopefully there is a way to correct the issues. I hope the best for your employees Taco Bell, This is unacceptable.

Taco Bell in Eunice is HORRIBLE!!! The stupid AI order person doesn’t do the order right, the employees were very rude when I asked to fix it the first time THEN got it wrong again!! I wanted 3 tacos JUST MEAT, they did one with lettuce & cheese, then just with cheese after giving back attitude, I wanted what I paid for that’s all!

I don’t know what CRACK smells like but if I had to imagine, I would think it smelled like the dining area of this Taco Bell. The food was actually prepared pretty good. The area was dirty though. I dined in and was not given a tray which would explain why the tables were dirty. There was a substance on the window seal (picture). The crew here seemed to try to be good at their job but appears to be lacking leadership. I cleaned my table when done because i didnt want the next person to experience a dirty table. If i had a tray im sure the table would not have gotten messy in the 1st place. Bottom line, the food was good but the place needs to be cleaned up. I was on break and did not feel like driving to another establishment. I will revisit and update this review if it gets better next time.

Food was cold and order was not right. The AI was unable to tell me that they didn’t have Mexican pizza shells which caused my order to be completely wrong once I got to the window and had to reorder. Very lazy establishment with below average food.

We ordered two of the same combo ($25), person at drive through only gave 1 order, went back through, the drive through. Showed my receipt, I told her we only got 1 order, she said, “oh we just forget to put the other order in the bag” No apologies for the mess-up!!! Told us to park and they would, walk it to us, a guy with eyeglass shows up by the edge of the building with a brown bag in his hand, waving it in the air for us to get out the vehicle and come get it, the order was different than the first order. The whole purpose of the drive through is you don’t have to leave your vehicle. They need training in customer service. I was very skeptical about going back to tell them the order was wrong, because I didn’t went to risk my food be contaminated because they probably was mad. (Late night blues)
