worst location ever. the 2 times i’ve came to visit it’s either completely closed or their dine in is closed at 2pm??? this time i came to order a #2 no mustard no onions & surly like always they get it wrong even after them asking me twice what my order was at the speaker & at the window. the burger had onions and i can not eat it because i’m allergic, anyways at least i still have my fries right? nope there’s an onion ring in the fries so i can’t eat that either. all i had was this flat soda they gave me :/ so sad all i wanted was to enjoy a burger i’ve been craving for a week.

This morning purchased a Texas double with everything. As my husband was halfway through it we discovered some sort of paper in between the layers. I told him not to finish it since we couldn’t figure out what it was or where it came from. We were close so I took it back. The manager said it wasn’t from them. We must have put it there. No apologies, no curiosity to see what it was. As I could not believe the managers lack of professionalism, I opened up the layers to see what it was in front of her. It was the outer layer of burger King paper that had been folded in between 2 burgers.
She said we didn’t do that and we don’t train them to fold like that.
And yet it was. I didn’t want my money back. I did want a courteous, professional apology.

From food and trash under the tables to a Whopper that looks like it was assembled by a two year old this Burger King was flat out bad. They messed up my simple order of a Double Whopper with fries and somehow managed to give me onion rings even after taking ten minutes for my order. If my fast food was not going to be fast it could have at least been accurate. By the time I received my food it was lukewarm since it had been put under a non-functioning heat chute. I will be giving my business to the McDonald’s across the street from now on.

The saddest breakfast burrito I ever got. I ordered the eggnormous burrito which I’ve always loved getting at other locations. It normally comes with sausage and a nice amount of egg. But this is a joke. Nothing but tortilla. Get it together guys. Get a coffee and let’s get to work. Won’t be coming back here for breakfast. Could not return as I needed to go to work. Best wishes
