My partner and I wasn’t able to have time to order on the app at the drive thru, the two women said he couldn’t do that to pull up to the window. They both were very rude telling him it was his fault and to drive back around. Even going inside before in the past wasn’t a good experience or friendly atmosphere or service.

It’s been years since I’ve regularly visited this restaurant and tonight I was reminded why. Imagine driving a 30 min round trip to spend $24 on 6 tacos, 2 drinks and a burrito that ends up being poorly dressed with the wrong sauce. No problem! “I’ll call to have it corrected! ” Nope, no one picks up or you get a busy signal. Pathetic. If you want to eat taco bell where the workers take pride in their work I’d suggest going to either the Scott location or Broussard.

This will probably be the next place to close the doors in Abbeville. They are so concerned about the window wait time that they pull up every vehicle even if no one is behind them, which makes life twice as difficult for the few employees that are in there. There used to be a manager that was present at all times, now it is like they have purposefully set up a business model for failure. I do not blame the employees that are there, they are simply doing what they have been told to do

The service is never friendly. I don’t think that I’ve ever seen a more sullen staff in my life. Not once have I ever seen anyone smile and their miserableness shows in the preparation of the food. Sloppily thrown together because they just want to get their shift overwith and collect their checks. It’s sad and disappointing.

I wanted to try this Taco Bell location out because of the bad reviews. I know, i know, thats dumb but I was treated nicely by the lady at the window. Everything went smooth and I received my order pretty quick. To my surprise the food was really good. Not just for this restaurant but for Taco Bell in general. I haven’t had “good” Taco Bell in a long time. I enjoyed it. Thanks to all employees for taking pride in your work!

If i could rate a 0 stars I would. I have avoided eating here because i never get what I paid for, missing items, ingredients, no receipt, and lied and said everything was in the bag. When i tried to call back 2 different incidents. Their phone doesn’t work. I’m done ordering here.

Our truck is to big to go through drive thru and lobby was locked i tried knocking to see what they could do to help us and both employees just looked at me and ignored me, Abbeville employees are always so rude when we go and dont care to help us.
