This site runs out of product, A LOT! They didn’t have sauce one time, no sour cream another time, no potatoes another time, no chicken another time, no steak another time, and finally no large drink cups. I only eat there because the staff is really cool, but mostly because it’s close to my work and cheap. I’ve been disappointed many times, honestly. It’s the staff that makes that place to be functional, because they are great workers, but they need to keep their product in stock

Food here is good and the atmosphere is great. Never really had an issue. I have been to some Taco Bells where it was not so great. The orders were what was ordered. The double beef burrito is made the best here. Better than the one in Morgan City. Still great atmosphere and the team was great!

I had a blast the taco shop is a good place for friends and family the customer service Ouu where do I start I think her name is lex she is such a good manager she treated us polite and the crew member I don’t remember his name it’s Terrell or something he gave us a free taco he such a nice person I will be back for sure this is a highly recommended place

I really love Taco Bell. But this one barely listens to what people order and then when the customer has to keep letting them know they forgot something or whatever they want to look mad. I’m very simple when I order I don’t want to be charged if what I order isn’t going to be in my bag. I’m not wasting money . Y’all are very nice and food is great.

Clearly there is no leadership or any sort of professionalism at this store. Had to go around to the window twice for missing food, then I had the wrong meet in 2 tacos. Apparently even wrapping a taco is beyond their skills. New staff is needed here.
Went again, wow what amazing , cold rock hard chalupas , O and you even put the tomatoes I asked you not to put!! What amazing service! You don,t even deserve the one star im forced to give you.
