Best Barbecue you will find in South East Wisconsin! Every item on our menu is an addiction that you won’t be able to find any where else! Our pork shoulders and brisket are smoked over cherrywood for 16 to 20 hours and our signature chicken entrees are marinated then grilled and glazed with our house made sauces! We feature six or more regional sauces and have a full line of retail spice blends for sale! Seating currently is limited to 16 seats inside but we have a tent with picnic tables outside! We feature a full service catering menu for weddings and special occasions along with our EZ BBQ Catering for office parties, family gatherings and any occasions you may need to feed a hungry group our fantastic homemade menu items!

We were not disappointed with everything we ordered. Everything was made fresh and tasty. Meat was so tender and juice. My kids truly enjoyed their beans and coleslaw, too. Plenty of parking. A must try if you’re in the neighborhood and are looking for BBQ.

We first had Barbecue Company at my niece’s wedding reception and were so impressed we asked them to cater our daughter’s wedding. My son doesn’t like pulled pork, but he LOVED the Barbecue Company’s pulled pork! We also had the adobo chicken. All of the sides were excellent. We got compliments that evening and in following days for putting on such a good spread of food for well over 100 people. Thank you Barbecue Company for making my daughter’s wedding perfect!

I started with the brisket, which was very good. With a side of the apple pie beans that had a perfect sweet apple pie flavor, that was terrific. I also ordered the ribs that we not fall of the bone tender but had very little fat, great flavor, and were smoked with a hint of bark forming. I got the zesty beans with brisket and a pulled pork sandwich to go.

Not sure why this place received such good reviews. I called about catering an event with them and the guy who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that he is in the middle of serving 450 people, very nasty. I told him I would wait for an email response then since I sent him an email last week and had no response. He then told me that he doesn’t answer emails yet he has an email address on his contact information. He then asked what date and I told him and was rudely told he’s booked. Very very rude individual. I have 2 businesses and I would never talk to a potential customer the way he talked to me.

Stopped here back in 2021 with my mother who asked to use the restroom before we ordered. The owner had a rude response, he didn’t even greet us, then proceeded to walk in back. Granted the place was empty. His ex wife came to the front, greeted us and asked how she could be of service, gave us recommendations, and we ate outside. Bbq was mediocre the sides were better.
