I got to try the new Mini Taco Salad. So missed the original. Glad they added it to the value menu. Note, it’s a bit spicy so do sauce on side, if you’re wimpy like me. Good crew in store. Thank you.

Came here for lunch when it was very busy and I could only see 3-4 people working. We had kids who were getting impatient, and a lot of modifications on our order (we are dairy free). Despite the delay, our food was 100% correct and BEAUTIFUL. I wish I had taken a picture, my son’s nachos were literally a work of art and I was so surprised. With how busy it was I expected everything to be thrown together, but instead they chose to put effort in anyways. Will definitely return here!

This store has terrible service. I was there just now, and they left my drinks unattended, just chatting. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for my drinks, and my order included two. They have awful customer service.

WAY TOO MUCH AUTOMATION !! For a simple order the damn computer could not figure it out. You go inside, they are no help when you having a hard time working the machine. BRING BACK PEOPLE TO SERVE. If I wanted to deal with a robot just to eat a taco, I would sign up for the space program. Needless to say, we left without ordering anything. Shameful too, because I was hungry for that Taco & Burrito Supreme.

This Taco Bell is close to my house, I never had any issues with my orders since I’ve been coming here. My food is usually ready within 5 minutes and is your normal Taco Bell flavors. Some of the employees are friendlier than other but again I never had any issues.

I went to Taco Bell tonight because I was truly missing the Mexican Pizza. I was super excited to get home and taste the amazingly nostalgic flavors of one of my favorites and look what I got! Omg what a sad, sad disappointment!! Worst Taco Bell experience yo!!

I ordered food for my entire family through the drive thru. First, I was given somebody else’s order. Second, it took 10 more minutes to get my actual order and when I did, I checked to make sure the tacos with specific instructions were done right that I didn’t notice until I was 20 minutes away at home that I was missing a taco. I called to see if I can get a refund or get it another day since it was already late and no one has answered the phone since.
