Stopped by this Dairy Queen while traveling on the way to Hilton Head Island, and it was a great decision. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and smells fresh, which immediately gives a good impression. The staff was friendly and service was quick.
I had some ice cream, and it was smooth, fresh, and perfect for a travel stop. I also tried the chicken sandwich, which was hot, crispy, and surprisingly good—definitely better than many fast-food options.
I also noticed they are hiring, so if anyone is looking for a job, this seems like a good place to apply. Overall, great food, clean location, and a welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely stop here again when traveling through the area!

Ordered through door dash and order was sent out completely unsecured. No bag,no stickers around lid…nothing.lid loose upon arrival. I called and spoke to an employee who basically said “oh well”. Totally unprofessional and unsafe! I included the dashers pic to show how it was sent out.

Carlos helped me even though they were closed! He was super nice and made 2 excellent S’mores Blizzards! You can tell these guys and gals are trying real hard to show that they care about their customers! Give them a try! We have not been to this DQ location in over a year and were pleasantly surprised to learn of new ownership! The service, food and rapid delivery of the food was infinitely better this time. If you are in the mood for some ice cream, Blizzards or tasty treats…I highly recommend this location. Thank you for the excellent experience DQ of Bluffton!

We went to this place with alot of girls softball team from walterboro to celebrate these awesome young girls. The staff put tables together so we could have places to sit. We actually took almost all the tables. The people that work there are very friendly and professional. Food was awesome. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank y’all so much.
