Order online 11pm on December 11/12/2025 when we pulled up gave the name on the order. Food was not ready but the drinks were sitting in the window watered down. Nacho fd were cold n soggy, fiesta potatoes were burnt. Food overall was cold they didn’t give me my cheese for my chips. We asked for more hot sauce n was given 2 the rest of the sauce was mild. Crush wrap was so soggy u ha to eat it with a fork bcuz if u tried picking it up it was falling apart. Worse tri to Taco Bell EVER

Be careful with your food here. I specifically asked tonight. PLEASE NO SOUR CREAM. As stated on the receipt also. Seems like they added extra. They do not listen here and they often forget to give you items you paid for. Sad that you have to double check your food before leaving. Very disappointed.

Over 40 minutes inside to get two cheesy bean and rice burritos while at least 20 orders where made for the drive thru. Multiple people that ordered after me inside got their orders before me. And guess what? Really small in proportion size and only cheese and beans with no rice. This taco bell is absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this Taco Bell. This was an online order placed in the evening 11/17/2024. I arrived to pick up my four items, two burritos and two Chalupas approximately 40 minutes after I made the order (which was plenty time to make the order). As I walked in, the cashier saw me and walked to the corner over by the drive-thru window. I waited for about 2 minutes as It appeared that she was on her phone. After a brief waiting period of me tapping on the counter trying to get her attention; she finally looked over and acknowledged that I was there. I let her know that I had a pickup from an online order. It then took her another moment to figure out who I was as she stared off at her screen. “Yeah, it’ll be just a moment!” she said. With a bewildered look on my face, I said “It’s not ready yet?”. She said “no, not yet”. I looked around; there were no other customers inside. So up to this point, the restaurant was dead, and it had been about 45 min and my four items had not been made by that time. The first two burritos were on my order were made quickly. But I noticed that she had made my two burritos without gloves. After she put them on the grill, she then put on her gloves. So, I politely mentioned about her handling my burritos without gloves? She already knew that; but my comment did not make her very happy since I called her out on it. So without hesitation she took the burritos off the grill and went to assist the cook with the order. I noticed she was whispering to the cook and so I stated to pay attention and sure enough that cook looked right at me for a brief moment and then turned back to her. Well, that made me paranoid, as if they might have done something nefarious to my order. Needless to say, I was fairly nervous to eat the food that I just purchased, so I didn’t.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. employees refuse to help, you are physically only able to use the online prompted order screens. I asked for help several times from different co workers only to be acknowledged and blown off. If I could give this place a -10/10 I would. Employees here are completely useless and should be fire! I’ve been to such an established where I was blatantly ignored after asking for help several times. Quite sad how absolutely no employee takes any pride in doing a good job at this location in belle chasse. This place sucks and the employees suck even worse

Very good Taco Bell. It’s clean, the food is well made and comes out fresh and hot. Easy parking lot & it’s right near the base. Custom order was made exactly how we ordered it. Much appreciated.
