I did a mobile order on Friday night. When we got there, the had us park and wait. They came out after we did and asked what we ordered. They apparently cleared the ticket without making it. We showed them our items but we had added extras to things. I told them and they didn’t add anything. It took 15 mins for them to complete the order even. So in total it took almost a hour to get just two meal and they were wrong.

All they were worried about was making me pull around to the other side of the parking lot so their timer wouldn’t register how long it actually took to get my order. I was told it was going to be a wait because someone ordered 2 12 packs of tacos in front of me. They were asked to go to the parking lot, and I would too for that type of order. There was only one car behind me, at 2:30 in the afternoon, so I figured they would be waiting just like I was. So I didn’t see the need to move. I was finally allowed to stay because I kept asking for a good reason why I needed to move that wasn’t related to the timer. I was handed my order. Then the window abruptly shut on me before I could ask for hot sauce, which I did.

When i pulled up to the drive through to order. The lady was already laughing with someone. I ordered a number 7 which is a chicken quesadilla and a taco. I also asked for an extra soft taco. I was hungry and in a rush so i didn’t check my bag. I checked my bag and it was a Mexican pizza. They charged me for an extra soft taco and i didn’t even have 1 taco. So i was extra upset. I’ll never go there again.

Employees were acting like it’s a burden to serve customers even when each customer is friendly and pleasant. I love taco bell but this was the lowest-quality food I’ve had in quite some time. No doubt the employees’ attitude bleeding over to food preparation.
