I came through before work. I work at the casino in town so I can’t leave and your phone number isn’t working? But I ordered today at 3:45ish and got the number 5 no cheese with a large onion and a sprite add dragon fruit add strawberry. The lady even read back my order to which I corrected and stated again no chese on the number 5. When I got on my lunch break at 9:50 and opened my burger it was covered in cheese.

Repeated order multiple times, still came out missing two items. Came all the way back to the store to fix it, some lady was screaming at the customer ahead of us in the drive thru? Still got our order fixed, but lady started and was rolling her eyes directly from the back of the kitchen not doing anything.

Y’all never put the sauces that go into the bag in there I just got home I don’t have sauce for my pretzel twist and I have no way of getting back up there at the moment. Not to mention the wait time just to get our food. Almost nobody goes there anymore and they’ll be very few people and you’ll still take 30 minutes to get our food.

Oklahoma based chain that serves a variety of drive-in delights. Car hops are still employed, but you can also drive through and pick up. Cherry limeade and all natural lemonade are my favorite drinks, but they have an ample selection of choices. A walk back to the past that has been upgraded to present day. You can still get a foot long chili dog if you dare!

Came off I-35 for a drink. The app said they were open. When we got there, it was closed. We ordered thru the app, and it accepted our order, so we had to get it. I called, and someone answered, and they said they were close, but we could get our drinks only. I was confused, but google and Sonic need to get their act together and fix their opening time on the app. It’s a long drive off I-35 to Sonic l just to find out that they are not open yet.

When I got to the drive thru around 130 today I ordered 6 drinks a jalapeño popper and a sandwich. They didn’t get the order correct so I told them 4 times my order once again. They thought they fixed them but didn’t 3 of them didn’t have flavor at all so I had to have them fix them again and then because lids weren’t put on right they spilled all over my leg and my bag. I am so disappointed

I was at Perry sonic today at 4:59 pm and ordered my food after a ran my card and left a 1$ tip I looked at the screen and it was on a custom screen and someone was adding a $3.75 tip when I asked to speak to the manager he came out and told me they don’t have the ability to do that I said well I watched it happen he said well I don’t know I told you we don’t have the ability to do that! Than demand I leave he did not say let me look into it or offer to help get a refund or anything was very defensive I said well if somebody is doing that that’s theft and maybe I need to call the police. I told him I’d be giving corporate a call and he said well you do that? I’m here till six very disrespectful manager And the food that I ordered was overcooked and the tea was rotten.
