I’m not sure if the staff was new but I worked for Taco Bell before and the Cantina Quesadilla should be grilled with cheese on both sides and mine was only on one. My first order had chicken and beef instead of beef. I had to order twice and it was STILL wrong. Utter disrespect.

First of all they didn’t give us three crunchy taco supremes we ordered, then we asked for one burrito without cheese and that didn’t happen . Then they loaded everything down with so many onions it was about all you could taste. I usually love Taco Bell but this was horrible. Then they gave us no hot sauce! This is a horrible location as far as getting it right. I was really looking forward to crunchy tacos!

This is kind of hard to say or write a review on cause I’m not a Taco Bell person. This is my lunchtime over here. The first time I went to Taco Bell in over 10 years. The food was not all that great. The ladies that worked there there was really nicereturn probably not because of the ladies or the bill. The bill did not look bad but the food was not all that great.

The girl at the window was horribly rude when I asked for extra sauce, like it was coming out of her own pocket. And the manager wasn’t any better..The employee kept talking over me when I tried to explain my issue to the point we were both raising our voices. And the manager had the audacity to tell me she didn’t think the worker was being rude. Maybe it has to do with cultural differences, but where I come from that behavior is unprofessional. I just left and I will never go back. And if corporate is reading, of course they don’t care, it’s not their business being ruined. It’s the quality of service that’s down, not the food.

This location is absolutely unacceptable as far as the staff and service are concerned.
After I pointed out that I’ve been waiting one hour for my food, the drive thru window lady says we’ll your bag had been sitting right here by the drive thru window. Well I wasn’t in the drive thru I’ve been standing inside your lobby trying to get your attention for 60 minutes now. Then the lady manager has the audacity to say “I’m about to go off”! Are you serious lady?!?! You slack on your job and you’re going to go off on me for pointing out the problem? I’ll tell you what, I’ll never visit this location under any circumstances for the rest of my life. My time is valuable. Maybe Taco Bell employees should realize that.

Ordered extra beef on my tacos through the app and got the regular measly portion. They accepted my money but did not deliver. Should have went to Paco’s Tacos across the street. About the same price but you get what you paying for.

I specifically asked for no meet in the burrito and the young lady taking the order said she got it. I even repeated that I want it to be vegetarian and she said yes. While picking it up, I asked again for her to make sure there’s no meet and she said yes, I got you.
There’s beef in both. Seriously!!
Also, mask was not worn by the person taking orders and was on the chin of the person packing the bag. Awful
