I placed my order at 8:30 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:59 PM. I waited 30 minutes for just two Beef Grilled Burritos with extra meat, but what I got was extremely disappointing. One burrito had almost no meat, and the second one was filled with beans instead. Both were falling apart, and the lack of beef is very noticeable (see photos).

I also ordered the fries, which were cold. Due to heavy traffic, I couldn’t return to the store, so I tried calling — but the line was constantly busy, and no one I reached seemed to speak much English, making it really difficult to resolve the issue.

I’m honestly very disappointed and feel completely ripped off. I do not recommend this location.

This is more about the service than the food itself. Ive been going to this taco bell for a long time. Food is solid. I rarely have an issue. This review is all about a single employee. Rose. Everytime Rose is there. Its always the nicest response. Sweetest voice. My order is always right. Rose has just told me that she’s worked for taco bell for 20 years. Yet still is soooo nice every single time. Unwavering kindness. Ive seen lots of people come and go. A lot of people won’t even look at you or can tell they don’t want to be there. Not Rose, smiles everytime. It goes to show quality of person that she is. Im just so excited to here her voice in the drive through knowing shes going to be there at the window for my order. Truely makes me happy everytime. Thanks Rose for your excellent service over the years. I promise you. People do notice it. Its just taken me this long to finally say something. But know you’ve deserved high praises this entire time. Thanks Rose! I hope management notices this review and treats you with all the praise you deserve. Thanks Rose!

I don’t normally write reviews, but after eating at a lot of taco bell locations in omaha, papillion, gretna ect. This is by far the best one. I go through the drive through late night after work on the weekends and the food is ALWAYS hot and well portioned, and I never spend more than a couple minutes waiting, at the most. I’ve waited 20 minutes for cold, old food at other locations. Shout out to the late night crew at this location!

Went inside and ordered from kiosk1 and selected takeout, however I was there for a long time before someone asked me what my order number was and at first the person said that number does not exist, but then checked another machine and found it. Sounds like a system glitch. The food made up for it though, it was fantastic.

I ordered online before I arrived at the drive thru. Received my order and looked in the bag after I pulled away. I saw I was missing an item, but it was impossible to tell what I was missing because everything was wrapped in breakfast wrappers. I did not order any breakfast items. Went back through the drive thru because it was late and the lobby was closed. I was pretty sure my missing item was the Chulpa Supreme because nothing in the bag felt like a chulpa and also ask for the hot sauce they failed to put in the bag on the 1st go around. Got home and found that the Chulpa was not Supreme and I somehow got 3 bean burritos instead of what I ordered. The staff through all of this was fairly rude and unapologetic.

Why with 6 people on shift? Does this particular Location close their lobby but an employee is allowed to let their family in to let them buy food and no one else. This location also has roaches in the kitchen area I know this first hand being my roommate works there and has come home with a roach on him more than once I will never eat there again.

I come to the 108th and Q location during lunch hour probably about 3-4 times a month. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain and this is the only location in Omaha that satisfies my Taco Bell craving. I can’t speak for the other times of day or weekends, but the staff working mid-day during the week days always do a great job with my order. There is always plenty of toppings, the tortillas aren’t stale, and no matter what modifications I make, it’s always made correctly. Everything is always accounted for, including my sauces, napkins and utensils and my food items are wrapped and packaged properly. (Now hopefully I don’t jinx myself lol) The window workers are always friendly and there are several of them that I’ve seen there for quite some time that are very professional and you can tell they are great employees.

If you are going to advertise your hours until 3 am on fridays into saturday then you probably should t close your restaurant around 2:15/2:20. We came on 10/11/25 at 2:15/20 am to get a late night dinner on the way home and with a line of cars in the drive through and employees inside no one was being helped and no phones were being answered. If your hours aren’t accurate online or on the store windows they should be updated!
Thanks 🙂

I love Taco Bell. The location on 108th and Q is usually good. But lately there chips taste like cinnamon.

Always closing early cause they’re “short staffed” bro if you can’t find anyone to work at Taco Bell maybe it’s an internal issue… maybe revamp instead of constantly closing before your posted hours (i live nearby this happens multiple times a month damn near every weekend)
