Ordered at the drive thru for dinner at around 7 pm on 1/18/23 the. Got 12 piece chicken tender meal. The chicken tenders were old and overcooked. Biscuits were overcooked. Red beans and rice were good.

I want to first start out saying it was good, although the fact that they have been open for some time now and still refuse to let patrons go in at all and just sticking to a drive thru that you have to stay in by the design of it is outrageous especially when the one time I ate there it was a crazy long line and you have employees just out in the dining room seeing they were backed up and just playing on her phone and twerking to it!!!! I waited for over an hour or long enough that my car even started to over heat. I get that people can be short staffed and such but except for the food my experience with the one in Athens was terrible and you definitely need your workers trained to be and act better.

Didn’t eat. There were 5 people in line, 2 at the counter and 3 behind them, then the 5 of us. The customers at the counter still hadn’t placed their order 5-10 minutes after we got there, one register was open. There were people waiting for their food that had been there a while. We left without ordering. As with many businesses they were probably short staffed.

ZERO STARS! My coworkers and I both ordered a 12pc ghost pepper wing combo. As soon as we bit into the chicken there was blood. I called and spoke with Erica and she said that that was how it usually always comes out & to ask them to cook longer the next time. THATS HORRIBLE!! I have eaten popeyes my whole life and have NEVER experienced bloody chicken. They should be shut down. Not to mention the tea was disgusting and watered down and I was given the wrong side. DO BETTER!

Purchased 12 pcs family meal and two 3 pcs pack to from the drive thru ($53 worth). Had to ask twice for dipping sauce to get 6 total sauces. When we got home ee discovered the 6 bisques were missing. Not worth driving 30 minutes rount trip to get them. Be sure to take the time to check everything in your order
