I ordered a chicken crunch wrap no tomato and they gave me a beef crunch wrap with tomato I forgot to order sauce and the employee was unprofessional and grunted when I asked for sauce like I was asking him to replace my order for free

I payed $24.65 on a chalupa combo and 3 Doritos loco tacos combo. Just to try and eat some hard cold chalupas!!! I mean if y’all going to raise your prices, you should do the same on your food quality! It’s not fair yall get the money and customers gets food that’s been sitting there!!!

I was literally just there, I’ve been trying to call and no one answers. I’ve called maybe 10times. I ordered a party box of SOFT TACOS and I got hard shell… kinda big difference to order SOFT TACOS and HARD SHELL. I do see that the receipt says Crunchy but I DID NOT order crunchy… I specifically asked for SOFT. Really annoying. Personally, I would like compensation for this mistake. Whether that be I can redeem a party box at a different time or just my money back for that item. I know what I ordered and I would never order crunchy.

When I visited this location it wasn’t that busy. Tables encounters could use a little more attention to detail. Restaurant restroom is in need of maintenance. Unable to wash your hands and paper towel dispenser is empty. My food order came with cheese and the cheese was not even a quarter of the way full. I asked staff for more cheese & explain how it wasn’t full or even 1/4 full and I was told I had to purchase cheese for $0.60 so I did so. Also it would be nice if staff could wipe down self-ordering station. If you look at the photos you will see how dirty both station are, condition of restroom, receipt for purchasing more cheese and the amount of cheese given. I wish I could give more stars but restaurant need to train that shift staff more on what to do when the restaurant is slow

The food that you can get is okay. Wish I would have stuck by not going to this location after my last horrible experience but it was on my way home on a time crunch. This location was out of sour cream And Baja blast.. at a Taco Bell. Come on now. Even worse the manager that initially made me not want to visit that location again still works there. I suggest the owners of the store start to make some changes.

Stopped by for a fast snack and and had a feeling to stop by a different location and now I know why. Not only way this an up charge but I only got 5 pieces of steak on both of my chalupas. This was not the only disappointment the soda was flat my nachos and tacos were soggy the only thing I ask is to not mess with my family my finances or my FOOD haha. I called the “manager” who never gave me his name and wanted me to drive back to fix my order which while on the road who wants to turn around and spend more money when you pay for something that looks like the menu and get this, plus why go back if you know someone can easily spit in it or who knows what else since I complained. I’ll let you be the judge, never again!

No soap in the bathroom. It was so cold you could see your breath. There’s no reason for it to be that cold in there! We had frost bite by the time we left. NO JOKE! Store # 035284

Dirty place. I saw bugs in the women’s bathroom. The employees weren’t very friendly. I also ordered Cinnabon delights and they didn’t have any cinnamon on them at all (see photo). I do not recommend this place. I definitely wont be going back.
