This was just a sad experience. I get its taco bell fast food. Not fancy restaurant. But tonight was disappointing. Ordered 2 bean burritos extra onion – 4 tacos and a medium drink. Received 1 taco and 4 bean burritos with no onion and drink. Of course drove home not checking bag. So thought fine we’ll share what’s here. Taco was cold. Burritos had no onion. And one had an extremely long hair in it.
Do better taco bell. Please!

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered at 6:55. Food ready at 7:55. 1 hr, and at least 8 other online pickup customers inside while all the food went to drive through. Save yourself the stress and anger and go to a different location. Staff here cannot keep up.
Also, why doesn’t the Taco Bell app funnel orders to a different location once a certain number of orders are in the queue? Manager here said there were 20+ orders in the queue.

I got the $9 luxe box and it was the worst thing I’ve had in my life. I almost spewed up all of my organs whilst trying to eat this abomination. Remember when that dude died from eating the hot chip and died? I feel like I’d die if I finished this never order from this sad place ever in your life.

I ordered the app after 1. When I arrived they said they were closed despite the google and app listing. Yet they still made it quickly and were nice about it hence the stars. I will not blame the crew as they clearly were just doing their job. I blame the management company as they all seem to be worthless in the area. I’m shocked they have jobs managing a fast food restaurant of all things.

I was expecting for the dining room to be open by the time I came here at 8:50 AM today. However it was not open but the drive-through was. I decided to use the app to order and it was super easy to use. The building seems to be very new and I really enjoy the art that they have on the walls outside. I was really impressed with the team that assisted me as they were very helpful and sounded to be very happy. I know that’s a little odd to say but I got to give them credit to her accounts. The food was fantastic it was fresh and warm and tasty. On the timer order to the time I got my food it was minutes. Overall my visit was great and I would definitely come back.

Ordered our food and it took 40 minutes for them to get it to us. We were the only ones in the store. When we asked where our food was, they rolled their eyes and moved as slow as a turtle. The food wasn’t even fresh. Definitely will not come back here

I would give the store negative stars if I could. After waiting in line for 15 minutes only to reach the loudspeaker at 1:34, and get joked at and yelled at that they are closed, when the closing time on Google tells us it’s 2 a.m. It’s a Saturday night and there were at least seven cars in the line. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and honestly the lack of care for business. Taco Bell management, please do better. This cannot be the standard!
Yeah I honked at them, for the sheer mockery and jeering that continued for each car that went through that line. The crew member sat in the drive through window, and yelled at and flipped off all of the cars in line.

Over the past year at least this Taco Bell service wise is absolute trash. I’m convinced there was not a single employee in the building at 4:30pm yesterday 9/25. I got stuck in the drive thru for half an hour after placing a mobile order that was accepted because I was too far in to get out and there were cars in front of me and behind me. I was 15 minutes late to work and still didn’t get food. Short staffed is one thing but AT LEAST turn off mobile ordering and put a sign on the box that you aren’t open.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. First, the staff didn’t even know how to make an item that’s clearly on their own menu. On top of that, they closed three hours earlier than their posted hours, which is extremely frustrating. To make it worse, I had already placed and paid for a mobile order, and they still took my money even though they were closed. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to get my food or a refund on the spot.

If a restaurant can’t stick to their hours or even make the food they advertise, that’s a huge problem. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend avoiding it until they can get their staff and management in order.

Waiting in line for over 20 minutes and only two cards ahead of me. All to wait for this… these are their new “cheesy dipping burritos” what a joke. Barely two pieces of chicken, let alone tiny. Either these are horribly advertised or this location is messed up.
