Usually the service and food is wonderful! Lately the lines are taking forever and the other morning when I had received my breakfast burrito it had sweet stuff all over it I had to pitch it and my drink that morning had no drizzle and barely any whipped cream which is unusual for this location .

Normally I would never have anything bad to say about this store, but this is now the second time it’s happened to me at this location. I asked for a large. They hand me a medium. Even after I say something they try to tell me it’s a large. Luckily I had my large cup in here from yesterday. Sure enough. I hold the cup right up to mine and it’s a medium. Also, my blender looks like soup. Like I said normally I have absolutely nothing to complain about. They’re wonderful. They always have a smile on their face. Very friendly but as much as we pay for a coffee we should at least get the right size

Great staff – always friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Ordered the large ‘Dirty Chai tea Latte Smoothie’ with oat milk and a protein shot. Have not been disappointed with any drink or breakfast sandwich at the Lansing location.

What an awesome Scooters. It’s only a drive in, but you can drive in from either side. The workers are tremendously kind and upbeat. The service is super fast. It’s an incredibly unique location and I am very impressed by my experience. Next time I’m in Lancing, I will make a point to return.

I love this location I feel like they always make my coffee correctly. However they never seem to be able to register my car through the sensors. Most of the time they’re very understanding due to my large tires, but today comments were made about how I just pulled through. I just want it to be known that I did pull through and wait. I even backed up and drove through again to try to get the sensors to pick up on my car. After the third try I did just pull around. When I got to the window a girl inside said oh my God did she just pull around.. very disgusted like. In which the window host agreed. Please fix your sensors.

Didn’t want Ice , so they said they couldn’t fill it up and would be an extra charge . Never had an issue anywhere else but here . Horrible . Never coming back

I had no idea this Scooters was here until a friend told me about it the other day, and wow I am so happy to know about it! It’s tucked away off the main road so I had never seen it even though I drive past multiple times a week. Great coffee, far superior to Starbucks! Quick line too, so it’ll be my new spot to stop on my commute.

Great coffee and great blended drinks made with real espresso, not that espresso syrup that another coffee chain uses . And, I’m always greeted with a smile, and a great personality, unlike the over-the-top THC-induced personality you get from another coffee chain
