Edit: I went again on 4/11/23. My Chalupa Supreme was rock hard like tough beef jerky, and so were my potatoes. They were obviously old.
My wife’s chips were so broken up. Kinda like a long time relationship breakup level of heartbroken. It was bad.
Other stuff was alright though.
I have been very fortunate at this location to get very good service and very good food. Yesterday the customer service was excellent and I have no complaints with the quality of food that was offered to me.

What I ordered was good but what my boyfriend ordered, not so much. He would not even touch his food. It was messy inside the bag and messy when he opened the wrapper. My tortilla was cracking throughout and I was getting beans and meat all over my hands 🙁

I came thru the drive thru just after 4pm. Ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, a large cherry freeze and a med mango freeze. I got a screwed up order. And a supervisor telling the drive thru person that the freeze only came in one size( but there were two different prices). And the ticket said I had four items in my order. NEVER use the Blair restaurant for anything except for the public restroom!!!

Whoever made my food this morning and labeled the items has redeemed this location a star.
Tonight I got three items. One was cold fries and missing cheese sauce, one had hardly any filling and the other had spicy sauce on it that I requested it not have. I can only assume the employees are high or just revolting because their pay is poor.

3 times this has happened ordering here, this time a burrito Supreme, was crushed to the point the ingredients were falling out and a complete mess, ripped in 2 seprate spots and the tortilla was hard and tasted stale. every single worker at this store needs to be retrained how to properly layer, and wrap the products they sell. Absolute shame. No care for the customer when they do this. Don’t think i will return to this store anymore. Would rather drive to Missouri Valley for taco John’s. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone.

I wish I could give this Taco Bell lower stars. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains. As a local, I go there once a week. I have let little things go in the past with them but they ALWAYS make a mistake. I have tried to order on the app, go in person and drive through. It doesn’t matter. We don’t have some sort of over complicated order.
The food quality is poor. Seems like the meat sits out way too long. They doing portion stuff and just throw the food in the bag. If you ask for help, the staff looks at you like your wasting their time.
I have never had a friendly encounter. Just a bunch of people who don’t care.
Do your self a favor, do not eat here. Unless you want bad service and sub par food. Go here.
