Food is consistently so good! Me & my husband are regulars here, been coming for a year now and love it! Entrees can definitely be big so we will usually share. The manager and assistant manager is always so kind and welcoming. Remembering our order unless we try something new. Highly recommend this location!!! <3

I am writing this review because the employees at this location are AMAZINGLY EPIC! Especially this one girl (I haven’t caught her name yet) who knew me by name after just a few times of me picking up DoorDash orders! I placed an order for just a side of rice and some Thai donuts and she threw in a free chocolate-dipped fortune cookie and the side of rice was huge!! Excellent customer service!! If I ran a business, I would definitely steal her away because finding someone so friendly and genuine is rare these days! Will be back, Pei Wei of Queen Creek!

The manager on duty at this location when my husband and I dined went above and beyond to make our dining experience wonderful. There was a snafu at the beginning of the visit, and he not only remedied it but made sure we left happy and with full bellies.

I ordered 1 dish on the app and it was ready and waiting when I arrived however the chicken was so rubbery it kinda had a crunch texture which was repulsive. I can’t speak for the service since I didn’t interact with any employees. One order of chicken fried rice was $11

We haven’t had Pei Wei in a very long time since we left Phoenix. We recently moved back and ordered take out. It was packed well, piping hot, ready for pickup and was delicious. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

They need a huge upgrade to improve on service and order time. Sat in for 25 minutes just to get 2 menu items. Ridiculous on how much time it takes, they need more staff.

We don’t normally eat Pei Wei but we grabbed some food at the queen creek location earlier this week. I got the sesame chicken and it was delicious, the chicken was crunchy and had sesame seeds on it and the broccoli was green and fresh. We liked it so much we ordered food at the Gilbert location near Dana Park and it was the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. I ordered the sesame chicken again and it didn’t take or look like sesame chicken. The breading was mushy and bland and the chicken didn’t taste good. Even the brown rice was different, it looked and tasted like someone just microwaved some uncle Ben’s. My wife’s shrimps were terrible as well, same mushy soft breading. We will never eat at this location again. In both cases we ordered take out and the queen creek food sat in our car longer than the Gilbert food. We don’t eat Pei Wei enough to know if the queen creek location was a fluke so we will give it one more try. But we will never order food at the Gilbert location again. So disappointed, I didn’t even finish my food it was that bad.

Ordered fried rice no egg, I got in my car and all I could think on my drive home was how I have never picked up food that I thought smelled gross. I got home opened the container and took one bite the rice was hard and they put egg in it. It was awful tasting not sure what the taste is but not fried rice and of course I could not/would not eat it with egg in it 14.00 to the garbage. My feet were sticking to the floor while I waited for my food which was gross also, but ppl seemed nice that worked there.
