Talk about chincy food! They used to put meat in the tacos, I had to open them up to find the beef, such a small portion for the price not worth going to this place. Taco bell used to be great tacos but now…. make them st home at least u get beef and u know what ur getting. I did wait 15 min I an empty taco bell for my food. 3 cooks all talking, 1 server who knoticed me cause I made a noise. Service and food quality not great in taco bell anymore.

First and foremost I know for a fact that this taco wasn’t busy for a Friday night, because ppl seem to forget there is two of them. Two ppl working on a Friday night. Taco’s were cold, Mexican pizza cold and not cut, gonna say the lack of trying wasn’t even there. Thanks for my cold dinner it was amazing.

Very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell I pulled into the parking lot at 7:00pm today on 11/16/2025 the line was a little decent but not to bad as it was moving little by little, I finally was able to get into drive thru lane by like 7:05 which wasn’t too bad and I was waiting behind a pickup truck which I assumed had a large order, there had been another car behind me so it was to late to back out and possibly go inside. I probably got to the speaker box by like 7:10 give or take , I was told “hi I’m sorry for the wait I’ll be right with you” cool that’s fine I get it’s a dinner rush, however they proceeded to move through the line of 5 cars that were in front of me before taking my order, having me sit at the speaker box for well over 10 minutes, while the time was passing, 5 cars had gotten in line, two of which left, and one of which had their kids getting out to go inside , it’s probably 7:22 when they finally take my order, I had literally ordered one item, I figured since I didn’t order much and I literally had such an easy order and probably the easiest order since I been there I figured they could give me a small discount for waiting so long , the big white woman at the window was nice at first but then started giving attitude after I had asked her for the discount, basically saying how door dash was more important than the customers in the drive thru and how I could leave and go someplace else like I didn’t just sit here and wait for a good 20 minutes for nothing, terrible and disrespectful customer service, she handled it all types of wrong , she explained that there had only been three people which I completely understand but at the same point in time her attitude was uncalled for, then proceeded to tell the kitchen staff to cancel my order for no reason, like wow, so I sat in your slow line for 24 minutes for nothing, this location needs to do better, better management, but I guess I dodge a bullet as seeing the reviews their food is clearly disgusting and I can tell it’s unsanitary as the woman’s sweat was literally dripping off her head and probably into the customers food .

I had to DoorDash a few times as I am immobile at the moment. Last 3 times I was missing 1 or 2 items. On this last one. I called and asked if they were busy. A guy by the name of Connor stated “no.” If you’re not busy. How is there no time to verify the order is correct. Stated that I could come in to get the missing item at no charge… i DoorDashed for a reason…

I order salsa Verde with every order I place. I spend nearly an extra $2 EVERY time I order for this and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have I ever been given sauce AT ALL. I really guess I can’t blame anybody but myself for not checking before I leave and having faith that they will actually give me the food I pay for.

Im not sure why they remodeled and got a new huge sign that says “TacoBell Late Night” because they are never open late. Its so bad i always check the app is taking orders so I know they are actually open. I checked Google. Open till 2, its 11. I open the app. Place an order and to my surprise it took it. Great they are open! Drove there and saw YAY THE SIGNS ACTUALLY ON!! Because often its off, even if they are open. I thought “wow maybe they got new management with the remodel!” Pulled up to the speaker and was greated with “sorry we’re closed” I asked how could I place an order then “I dunno we’re closed” “this happened alot: ” we’re closed”. I wonder what’s so different about THIS location than the other one near by? Is it franchised? Really bad managers? Surely it can be fixed if anyone cared, seeing as how the other one in bellevue doesnt have this problem.

This used to be my go to Taco Bell. However my orders have been missing items consistently recently. They seem to always be out of sauce, forks, soda, and straws. I was hoping the remodel would bring it back but unfortunately it is the same. It is also taking longer than 20 minutes to get food. The staff is great but missing the rest of the experience.
