Try the new brisket!!! It was so good! The dining area was a little messy, but they were pretty busy in there at the time I went. The chip’s taste different.They don’t have a lime flavor anymore, or at least at this location, they don’t. Parking was quite hard on a Sunday late afternoon.

I visited this Chipotle, and the place was a bit chaotic. The tables weren’t clean, and they seemed short-staffed. While the employees making the burritos and bowls were friendly, the cashier was quite disorganized. One customer came in complaining that he had ordered a veggie bowl but received a chicken bowl instead. The cashier initially told him to get back in line to fix the mistake, which seemed unreasonable to me. Eventually, she made his bowl right away. Overall, the location is very busy, and parking is difficult. Would I come back? Maybe for pickup, but I wouldn’t dine in again.

I use to love this food. But today was the absolute worst. Missing items I always select and were missing.My dish looked like someone had as a leftover. Called them and it was the worst customer service ever. I hate this place now in Brentwood CA. They did not try to make the missing items good in no way.

Haven’t had a Chipotle Bowl for quite some time so I just ordered take out here for convenience. I was quickly reminded on why I stopped coming here. Seemed like I received just half a bowl even if I ordered extra lettuce and fixings. Requested steak/chicken and got only a few bits of steak. I was not close to being satisfied, just really disappointed. Skip this location for takeout or if you’re hungry.

The place was filthy! See pics I attached. That filth was there the entire 30 minutes that I was there and you can see from the other pic taken at the same time, no line and employees just standing there. No one cleaning up the mess. Gross. My last time here.

I ordered I died the restaurant, picked up a bowl today and part of my order was missing. How the heck did the associate not pack all of my items? It’s so disappointing when you have limited time for lunch. I take responsibility for not double checki t as well. I received not receipt and half of an order. That won’t happen again!!!!

5 stars for the service. The employees working tonight were extremely friendly, welcoming and were smiling and happy to help customers. You don’t see that very often these days. Especially the beautiful pregnant employee, she was clearly far along in her pregnancy and still in a great mood!!

I decided to try this place again after a long while thinking they’d improved, but nope. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead, waited another 20 minutes after i got there, and this is what I see when I get home, disgusting. This is clearly a management problem.

I would recommend ordering ahead on the app. It can get busy around 3pm to 5pm. Clean spot. And friendly staff but sometimes feels like they are understaffed so it can get crazy at times.
