Food was good and what not but the service was not great l. I get it, it is fast food, service is prolly not top notch. I placed a mobile order and checked in at the counter inside and waited for like 35 min for my food and it was sitting at the pick up window the ENTIRE TIME. I honestly gave it my just opinion. Mainly out of curiosity over the past couple yrs going to this location over time. But just a question. How come you guys dont do the cuts for the quesadilla anymore? Everytime ive ordered one for the past 2 or 3 yrs, I have to fold it like a mega taco which ya is cool. But I have to essentially fist punch the food into my mouth. I was just wondering this out of curiosity. Mainly cause I dont know if they personally know how to cut the quesadilla or just lazy again I dont know. Was just curious. Either way food still good.

Took us an hour to get through the line with 5 to 6 people ahead of us. Giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were low staffed or something but I am not going back. Normal Taco Bell stuff

Used the app, expecting it to be faster. One car was ahead of me when I arrived. He waited at the window for 10 minutes, then I waited 10 minutes for my order. I could see them standing there talking through the window instead of making my food. Twenty minutes for two breakfast burritos is way too long, especially when you call ahead. And they’re doing some kind of construction where the drive-thru speaker is. It’s the dumbest design. There’s a pole right next to the speaker, right where the turn is, so you either swing extra wide or end up 10 feet from the speaker.
