We thought the food was fairly good, but on the smaller size for portions. I liked my chicken sandwich, but my wife did not like one of the new burgers. The kids cheeseburger seemed to be a bit hit. Service was good and food was quick.

1 of the worst meals I’ve ever been served. Broccoli was cold and honestly tasted off like maybe old or spoiled, the Salmon wasn’t cook3d and served cold, the fries were cold soggy and definitely not freshly cooked. I would NEVER give this place a 2nd chance. Whoever is managing this business really needs to see what the he’ll the kitchen is doing.. people get food poisoning from meals like this. We paid, did not complain and gave 20% tip.. I had 1 bite of each item and said NO WAY am I getting sick from this food.

Amanda A. Was our server, she was so attentive, my children and I went here after a trip to build a bear. She had our drinks on the table very promptly and all around was just a pleasure. We had to leave shortly after eating, so she made some desserts to go as it was the babies’s nap time. We will definitely be back just because of her!

Found the place to be very high priced for the very average food you get. Took my wife and daughter since we were at the Mall of NH, and it’s highly doubtful we’d ever to back. Two burger meals and a poorly executed chicken finger kids meal, $90 with tip, is a bit ridiculous unless it is absolutely outstanding food and service. Heard they had amazing fries; not so much, they were undercooked and wilty. My wife opted for onion rings, and the order came with 5 onion rings I think it was. But no worries, the menu said it was “endless sides,” so she flagged down the waitress to ask for another side of onion rings, only to find out that the “endless side” offer was only for certain sides, like the wilty, undercooked French Fries, so we passed. Burgers were actually cooked properly and were the one solid thing from the meal. I can recommend for the burgers only, but personally, I won’t return.

Loud music. Sticky floor. Dirty, smeared something on table. Medium & well done burgers all were pink. Swiss (pictured), blue & cheddar cheese looked like American cheese. Blue cheese then ordered on side was tartar sauce, had to request blue cheese a third time. No onion request had onions. Drink refills not offered. Table 62, June 14th 2025, 1800hrs.

I came here with my family yesterday for dinner, so there were 7 of us at my table. The staff did a pretty good job at managing a larger party, which was nice to see. The food was all pretty good, no complaints really from anyone. My burger was especially good (pictured below). We got some shakes for dessert too, and they were delicious. They even brought out some of the extra shake in a separate cup for us. Overall we had a pretty good experience, and I would definitely return at some point.

Stopped by Red Robin at The Mall of NH 1500 So.willow st. For my birthday sandwich ( you can choose any on the menu ) . I picked The Whiskey River BBQ with the Wedgie instead of the bun and sweet potato fries. The fries came out nice and warm and soft .. not too crunchy. The burger was medium well, and you could taste the juice mix of the whiskey BBQ and tomatoes. It’s so mm good. I had a Strawberry Magarita with no rim. It had a lot of pulp and fresh strawberry chunks floating in it. It was more like strawberry water, not much alcohol. But I would come back and try another dish.

Good tasting burgers. Onion rings very good. My husband enjoyed the Smokey burger. I got the red tavern double. Smaller burger so not given a temperature option. Still good flavor. It is put in a basket since it is a smaller and cheaper burger not leaving any room for cutting, ketchup etc.
Waitress was polite but seemed in a rush to go to others so left us sitting, waiting to order even though we were already ready when drinks were ordered.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Today we ordered the fried pickles and each had a Royal Red Robin with the egg on top. Everything was delicious and service was fine. The taps were broken, so no beer, but not their fault.
