We are here visiting my mom in the hospital and staying in a hotel. We have eaten at this Taco Bell two different nights. The first night we waited in line for approximately 30 minutes to get our food in the drive-through. Tonight I ordered the burrito supreme combo (#3). When I opened my taco supreme the enormous amount of sour cream that was on there was ridiculous and it was spilling all over the outside of the taco. I picked it up to eat it, and it fell apart. Not only that, but my burrito was completely cold. Not a little warm, completely cold. Thankfully my hotel room has a microwave. This is what it looked like(see photos). When we ate at Taco Bell the first night I got a box and the taco in it had barely anything in it and the nacho that I ordered were supposed to have sour cream and guacamole on it and it had neither one and they forgot to give me my soda that night. My husband did drive back from the hotel and get the nachos replaced. We remembered the soda before we left and they gave us that.
On top of the horrible taco supreme, in the we ordered our food tonight, they forgot one of the tacos. Thankfully, we checked our food before we drove away from the window and they gave us the taco. That was not the taco supreme. That was a regular taco.When you’re paying the prices they’re charging for this food. They should at least know how to make it and make sure you get it. We won’t be eating here again.

We got here and attempted to pick up our food paid online and got told there was no beef that’s not an issue but after we get our food we find that part of our order is missing and that our “steak” and “chicken” soft tacos were completely disgusting. We eventually got the rest of our food after dealing with this for over an hour, needs addressed immediately.

I do a lot of food reviews and fast food is fast food. It doesn’t take a lot to keep me happy as fast food is exactly what the name implies, quick and cheap. This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. It’s an absolute train wreck. Filthy dirty dinning room and they need to change the fry oil as it was rancid. The cinnamon twists we ordered had no sugar and cinnamon on them and they had a nasty burnt oil tast. It was in my mouth for a couple of seconds before I involuntarily spit it out into a napkin. Most of the reviews I do are not to bad, and I genuinely try to give people the benefit of the doubt however, this place is really bad and I think it’s a health risk to the public. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Ordered a combo I think 2) chalupas and a taco. Hard shell taco looked like a jigsaw puzzle. The chalupas were filled with lettuce and about a spoons worth of meat.. so disappointing not only has the price of food went up but they don’t even give you what your paying for. What’s in the bag doesn’t even look like the picture on the menu.
The portions have gotten so skimpy. I always ask for “a lot” of mild sauce they gave me two packets. I was literally searching my vehicle for any other condiments to help moisten the dry stuff down my throat.
Will never return to this location.

The restaurant was dirty. The door and all the tables. The sauce bin was out. Iwas dissapo8nted considering how many people I saw working. Probably wouldn’t eat here again unless it was cleaner. The chips were weirdly stale tasting. Disappointing visit.

And 1 in drive thru. 3 people working. Took 10 minutes to get order. Then, when we got the food they “failed” tot will us before paying and getting food that they were out fo tomatoes. So, there were no tomatoes on the 2 Mexican pizzas& 2 taco supremes. There was , also, no sour cream on the taco supremes. When we asked about to they just said “we’re out”.
When order was (finally) down: the guy towed our tray on the counter saying “order up”.. not friendly staff.
Almost every table was dirty in the dining room- while we ate- not 1 single person came in to order- so, plenty of time for someone to wipe some tables down

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service is great. The “cook” on the other hand is rude, arrogant, and clueless. (Might i add that maybe it’s just me because I wouldn’t give him my number) I work a lot and I work late. So I’m pulling in 30-45 minutes before they close. And I’m not taking 1 time.. 2 times… but EVERYTIME I go thru the drive thru it’s really poor, cold, not made correct, wrong items quality food. This will be the last time I go there. I paid $14.00 for TWO double decker tacos basically cause I want them made a specific way. Which I don’t have an issue with, it’s the product I’m paying for is trash.

The eating area was filthy. The restrooms were horrible. I have been eating at Taco Bell for over 30 years and this is the worst one I have ever been in. The eating area was so bad we could only eat part of our meals and threw the rest away.
