The manager had an attitude with us. When we got to the window she yelled at us and said we needed to give them our code at the speaker. We did! They told us to pull around to the window. So we did. That’s when the manager got attitude with us. On top of the crappy customer service, she gave us a bag of food that contained two sandwiches and three of the 4pc nuggets. When we asked her where the rest of the food was, she told us that was everything. I told her we were missing things and she insisted on seeing the receipt. She then gave us our other three sandwiches. We were still missing the fries. Of course that was a problem when I asked about them too. Three bags later we have all of our food and a sour taste in our mouth with the customer service.
I understand being busy. I know how frustrating it can be. It wasn’t our mistake and we didn’t deserve the sour attitude.
I will say that the food was accurate. Which was extremely surprising considering the whole interaction. So thank you for that.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your drive-thru. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal, but there was quite a bit of confusion during the process. My order had to be taken multiple times—once at the speaker, again at the payment window, and once more at the pickup window. Despite repeating it each time, I ended up receiving chicken nuggets instead of the cheeseburger.
I understand things can get busy, but I thought it might be helpful to bring this to your attention in case there’s an opportunity to improve the order-handling process. I hope this helps in some small way.

Im in line right now. The line was to the road where the walgreens entrance is. People were walking over from the walgreens parking lot. Thats how busy it is. But the line has only taken about 5 minutes. Chic fil a of Mcdonalds for sure. 2 days ago, their drink machine was down and they went out and got canned sodas to give people. Thats professional! Not to mention, the ice cream machine is never down. Great job team!!

The staff is phenomenal!! They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This Mcdonalds is also THE best run, most efficient Mcdonalds I have ever been too. Saying hi to them each morning makes my day start off well!!! High fives to them !

Sweet workers but I ordered a mc crispy plain add cheese. They kept the pickles on it so I went back & asked To get it remade. they gave me the same burger back & just Added a piece of cheese onto the cheese that was already IMPRINTED WITH PICKLES. (I have a pickle allergy. It’s weird ik. It sucks though.)

So I am a frequent flyer of McDonald’s and lately I have visited the Collierville location as I am in the area more. Today I had a ruff morning and walked in with a little bit of an attitude. But honey let me tell you how Tasha brightened my day and I left feeling so much better. Her welcoming smile, convo and demeanor were next level. Thank you all especially Tasha!!!

If this limited offer, Big Mac Chicken sandwich is for you, then it’s for your liking; myself likes the burger more. The chicken patty breading needs seasoning and to be cooked a bit more crunchy.

This location consistently (every visit) leaves items out of my order. Recently, my coffee had a an inch of grounds in it. The grounds were enough to push me over the edge; I’ll take my business elsewhere.
