This is literally the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered two chili cheese burritos from the drive through. Get home and it’s all tortillas with the minimal amount of meat and cheese. I’d suggest going to a different one.

Never been unhappy with this taco bell before but i usually go in the afternoon, went at abt 9am today and the person on the speaker and the window were pretty rude considering it’s taco bell and all you have to do is tell me to pull forward and hand out a bag? i paid for extra creamy jalapeño and steak on my breakfast crunch wrap and was given almost no sauce and bacon. Extremely unsatisfied and when I called they told me the couldn’t recall my order, etc.

Ordered on my phone for a small drink and nacho fry. Ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes in the drive thru and it wasn’t ready by the time i got to the window. The girl at the window didn’t say a single word to me or acknowledge my presence. I’m usually really nice and understanding but if you hand me my food with a dirty look and not say a single word after I wait for over 40 minutes i’m gonna be pissed. My fries were soggy and cold by the time I got them. I just got off an 11 hour shift and I was not in the mood for this crap.

1/21/2025 8 am. Breakfast Drive through person is rude. She has always been rude to me. I don’t even go there often. Clearly does not want to be there.

I don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell because I ordered 2 Bean Burritos and got 2 flat not round Burritos with very little filling in them. Also no onion bits. A child could make these better than what I got. Pathetic! So if you want a burrito that isn’t just a tortilla shell flattened with very little filling then by all means go to this Taco Bell.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one combo meal, only for the staff to be very rude and practically toss my food at me, then say “bye” in snaky tone before slamming the widow shut. Mind you, up to this point I hadn’t said one word, just handed her my card. After she slammed the widow shut, I had to get her attention because she forgot my drink. She opened the widow and said “what!?” to which I said, “um my Dr.Pepper?”. She shoved it into my hand before shouting “bye” again slamming the window. Girl, if you hate your job that much, quit. You made me 20 minutes late getting back to my job.

Have waited 10 mins now. There are 6 people behind the counter that I can see, one is sitting on a stool and one was cleaning with a broom. Nobody checked in to ask if i needed help. There was one other person in there; drive thru was not backed up. The one on the stool was on the phone, and one of the gals in the prep line was eating as she prepped. SKIP THIS STORE.

This used to be one of the best Taco Bell’s in town, now unfortunately the staff are incredibly rude, I have not gotten an order correct in 5 trips and it’s just not worth trying to fix it. If you can do not come here.
