I went this evening to get their new Y2K menu items and I was very impressed. I ordered a 7 layer Burrito but the definate star of the show was my Chili Cheese Burrito. Biting into it was nostalgia all over again and whoever made it definitely needs a raise because it tasted beyond delicious and I requested mine to be grilled and they grilled it to perfection.It had just the right amount of crunch to the tortilla and this 6th st Taco Bell location always seems to make my order just the way I requested. Their evening crew makes this location a well oiled machine and big props to whoever made my Chili Cheese Burrito tonight cause it was so good I had to order another one. The staff was super friendly and I like how the store is well lit inside and out which is a good thing. Thank you Taco Bell for my wonderful experience. I’ll he back soon for more Chili Cheese Burritos. The Mexican Pizza I had ordered from here on May 31st 2025 was made to perfection and was super delicious so I added those pictures of it as well so everyone can see that this 6th St Taco Bell Location is definitely winning.

I paid for 2 “supreme” items and didn’t get supreme on them so I paid extra money for nothing extra. This happened last time I ordered off the kiosk as well. If you order off the kiosk I would advise you to check your order before leaving the store and get a receipt. The staff as usual was wonderful. I didn’t have the extra time to take food back to restaurant to get fixed so I’m just out that money. The food was delicious!

This was my first time trying this location, and the last. I’m usually open to giving second and even third chances, but this place was so bad. I wouldn’t spend another dollar in this place. The server was rude and not at all friendly. I smiled and it was returned with an eye roll. I get that we all have bad days. However, frustrations should not be taken out on a paying customer who is being patient, kind, and paying for your time. I called the order in ahead to give them a chance to make my order before I came to pick it up. When I got there they shoved the bag at me. I asked if they had added the sauces that I’d asked for and was told it was all there. I had a large order, so I did my best to check it out before I drove away but apparently I didn’t check well enough because part of my order was missing. Plus, they had not given me the sauces that I asked for. Eating out is a treat and is not cheap for a family to dine. It really aggravated me that I was not given the food that I paid for, and worse yet was the way I was treated by the staff of this location. I didn’t even bother to call them about my missing items. I would not recommend eating here. Apparently, customer service is low on their priority list. As is giving the customer what they paid for. This is the first 1 star review I’ve given any place. I am thoroughly disappointed in this Taco Bell.

I ate here regularly since March when I moved here in March. Today will be my last. You wanna trash my tacos into broke little crumbs. No way to hold it and I disappointed a restarurant can keep the new minimized menu stock. Pretty sad no quality control. So I spent any money here. Lesson learned

Went through the driver thru few months ago didn’t notice missing items till I got home. I figured I’d give them another go. This time I checked before I left and surprise the forgot the same item again. Then when I got home I got to eat crappy taco bell food. It was like the chalupa shells were under cooked or not cooked at all? On top of that they only had about 70% of the filling they should have had. The soda I got tasted very watered down so the only good food I managed to get was the food they almost didn’t even give me. So I guess I’m going to avoid this place for a while.

Taco Bell…More like Taco Hell! We placed an order on the app and the store never received our order but our account was charged for it via Apple Pay. The manger wasn’t very helpful despite seeing the charge on our bank account with the store number included. Now we’re out $33 for less than subpar Mexican food (only ordered it because my kids wanted it) and still have to cook dinner now… needless to say… No quiero Taco Bell!!!

Been going there for years. Always appreciated the military discount, but the last couple of times i was told they don’t do discount for military. 1st time the girl was a bit snooty about it. Just figured it was her and not this store. Went back again… Nope they just don’t offer it anymore. Which is OK… I will just go else where. Just didn’t like the snooty attitude towards the military.
