SO SO BAD. Please please please get new management. I’ve made the mistake of coming here three times, and two times I have waited in the drive through for over forty five minutes (I’m not exaggerating) and when we went in to the lobby once, we couldn’t even get service! When we ordered on the app we got our food after thirty minutes. Neither Taco Bell in town can get you in and out in less than thirty minutes, which is bad for fast food.

Every time I order here something gets messed up or left off completely. Every single time. And people are not joking when it comes to the wait time here, 45 minutes plus in the drive thru AFTER the inside is closed, so you can’t go inside to order nor fix your order after getting it in the drive thru and something is messed up or left off completely, which is EVERY TIME. You have to go back thru the 45 minute+ drive thru just to receive an absolute bs response, which is normally attitude, told that I can have in store credit instead of fixing the mistake, or told they are out of whatever ingredient. I keep telling my wife to stop giving them chances but her having a good heart wins that battle every time. I’m putting my foot down this time. Maybe try again in a couple years.

Genuinely abysmal management and service. Has been this way for a few years but every once in a while I crave Taco Bell. Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location has made me start to resent Taco Bell. Absolutely unacceptable wait times of not exaggerating 45+ minutes, more than once. The management of this place needs to be studied as to how not to run a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere.

Me and three of my friends placed mobile orders here Friday night. To add some context, this is after we had to cancel our mobile orders at the other Taco Bell because they ran out of tortillas. We waited in line for over 30 minutes at this location, only to be told at the speaker that they serve two mobile orders per car max. We had to cancel our orders once again, because half of our food would’ve been cold by the time we got back through the line. I’ve been to this location in the past, and I don’t recall this rule being enforced; it’s not enforced at the other Taco Bell, either. It seemed like an arbitrary rule enforced by careless employee. Anyways, I was incredibly frustrated, and I felt obligated to write this review as a result. I would love to know if the two mobile orders per car rule is an actual policy; I definitely didn’t see anything about it in the app when I was placing my order.

Anyone else noticing how slow the drive through is these days? Taco Bell used to be the fastest back a few years. Now they have managed to figure how to take the fastest genre of food and make it insanely slow. I love the food so I suck it up and sit in line for 30 minutes somedays but I wish you would hire a manager away from Chicfila and steal some of their procedures. To anyone who complains about wait time, you should know by now that when any restaurant is busy, it is going to be a longer wait time. It’s kind of a no brainer, if you actually go inside the store you will see the employees all being productive and working. Quit whining like a baby and go somewhere less busy if you have a problem waiting. Great store, great food, and great service.

The remodeled restaurant with the open concept is actually pretty stark and boring. The food is pretty much the same as always the refried beans and the burritos are a little too liquid so you end up splashing yourself with it if you’re not careful. But they have good drinks you can’t get anywhere else and a dessert item that you can’t get anywhere else so overall it’s fast American Mexican food but everyone knows what it is and this store does about average. The only thing that is kind of sad is the fact that it takes so long to get an order. At 5:00 p.m. we ordered for two people standard menu items nothing complex and it took 18 minutes from ordering to get the food. That does not account for the three times longer it takes to order on a kiosk rather than a person. So so not good enough to ride home about.

Do not go to this restaurant and most certainly DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR TAKE OUT. Here’s where my 6:40pm order was yesterday evening- sitting prepared on the counter with a locked door, drive-thru only sign, a door dasher that waited 45 minutes before he cancelled off my order, and an unhappy order placer (me) as it was 8:33pm when the second door dasher confirmed pickup of my cold food. Yep, definitely cold, all $98.87 of it…12 tacos, 8 burritos, one order of nachos, a meximelt, and a three cheese chicken thing plus tax plus tip just so we cold have horrible vold food. What a disgusting, pathetic, and annoying way to discover how poorly an overpriced fast food place is run, and let’s just hope the health department sees the pics my first door dasher provided me and shuts them down. TWO HOURS for taco bell. The owners, managers, and employees should all be ashamed that they provided such a horrible experience.

We arrived in line at 6:30 to pick up our mobile order and didn’t receive our food until 7:10 including 15 mins spent at the window waiting. Only half of the order was correct with one box being totally wrong and food for our toddler missing. Not the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. Clearly there is something wrong with the management and employees here
