The food at the McDonald’s on Harlem and Addison is usually fresh, hot, and made correctly. Popular items like fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets taste good and meet expectations. The location is convenient because it sits on a busy intersection, which makes it easy for customers to stop by for a quick meal. Because of this, it gets a steady flow of customers throughout the day.
However, the service is often slow, especially during lunch, after school, and in the evening. Long wait times at the counter and drive-thru can be frustrating for people who are in a hurry. The seating area inside is also limited, so it can feel crowded when it is busy. If the restaurant improved its speed and added more seating or better organization, the overall experience would be much better.

I’ve noticed the many negative reviews of this location, and after having bought food from here for several years, I will admit that my experiences here have mostly been rather good, although I have only ever ordered through their drive-thru. Food is always still warm once I get home, and although sometimes it may not be the prettiest or most visually appealing, it’s as delicious as one would expect given that it is, of course, from McDonald’s. The increase in prices is a bummer, as is their eradication of most of the dollar menu items, but all-in-all, it fills the void when I’m not in the mood for pizza or am too lazy and/or tired to cook, or have become disappointed yet again by that garbage Wendy’s down the street. Ultimately, it gets the job done and scratches an itch, and I am constantly and consistently itchy, as my entire body is covered in coarse, matted fur. Cheers!

My recent McDonald’s experience left much to be desired. The 2 McRib sandwiches lacked flavor and had minimal BBQ sauce, while the accompanying fries were disappointingly cold. The total cost of $18.89 for these low-quality items and a bottle of water felt unjustified. Unfortunately, this has led me to decide that today will be my last day as a McDonald’s customer.

Horrible experience today 4/17 11:35 am. I purchase 2 hot and spicy mc chicken and in one of them I found a small dirty piece of an end of a towel. I couldn’t go back because I was on my way to work but this completely grossed me out. Never again Harlem and addison.

My kids (toddlers) love the play area, so we take them there to play after school from time to time in the winter.
I have to take away a few stars based on the lack of monitoring who is in the play area with the children, last time we were there a large group of teenagers were hanging out in there which wouldn’t have been bad except for them cursing like truck drivers in front of the small kids.

Placed order on the app and upon arrival was told they don’t have my order. Though I had a screenshot of my order confirmation they were very rude and unwilling to help. The manager and associates are the worst I have seen of any McDonald’s. They said they have no control over the app and asked me to dispute the charge back with my credit card company. Ozone top of it to pay for the food again and unable to used my rewards that I used on the initial order. Worst customer service ever!

this is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been in, the people we’re friendly and they bring your food to your table they have a play area for kids, this is an awesome restaurant!!
