So far my experience with the people and the food I get tend to be fine. But this is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this taco bell and had to order online to a different taco bell. Because this one doesn’t like to stock basic items like the new mountain dew and today.. not even the classic stacker was available. And I feel like if a taco bell offers ground beef, and tortillas and cheese.. and quesadillas are available. That if I am unable to order a stacker here (but can at the others) something is fundamentally wrong here.
And I’ve tried messaging on the website to help without just a negative review but the website was unhelpful.

Never been more disgusted with a food establishment before. After already eating other items from the order, I opened my taco to add sauce and immediately found a bug in my food. I attempted to call the store and had someone pickup the phone, then hang up without saying anything and shut off the phones. Called and emailed corporate and was supposed to be contacted by upper management and never heard a word.

I visited this Taco bell a little while ago. The Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch were tasty, but the quality was inconsistent. Some items were fresh, while others were lukewarm and had broken shells.
Service varied; sometimes it was quick and friendly, other times slow with long wait times. The dining area was clean, but overall, the experience could be improved with more consistent food quality and better service. Taco Bell is convenient for a quick bite, but expect some variability.

Ordered on 3/8/2024. I got my food DoorDash from this Taco Bell location. They totally screwed up my order!! I ordered 3 grillled cheese burritos. All I got was a soft shell burrito and hard tacos. I will never order from this location again. Taco Bell on College Blvd is 100 times better. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH AT THIS LOCATION!

Food was actually really good and I got very full off of the $7 deluxe meal deal. Excellent amount for the price I paid. The wait was slightly longer than most other Taco Bells but still pretty fast so I can’t complain much. Only real problem was the old lady in the corner on her phone the entire time I was there. Very unprofessional and blocking the condiments/napkins. She was told twice to get to the kitchen by one of the managers and eventually did about a minute before I left the store. Everyone else was nice however and the teens in the kitchen were doing great with the lunch rush!

Order food here little at night. Items were not fresh and not eatable. Chicken was very dry and chalupa was very hard. Very disappointed I wanted to go back and throw this food at their door but i was really tired by then. Just tell customers if you don’t have fresh food ♂️

Every time I get a drink from here they overfill it and it spills EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and look at how much of this is filled. What are they even doing? Not even half of this has the contents. What a waste of money. I’ll just drive down the street to the other location since I’ve never had problems there.

Went through the drive through and had my order messed up for the 3rd time, so go here if you wanna get the wrong food especially if want to get brushed off once you call to let them know that this is a recurring issue and then it happen again, tried to use the app too to see if they could get it right that way and nope! Then I couldn’t even submit my complaint on the app! Extremely poor customer service! I’m not one to usually leave reviews so for it to be bad enough and often enough that I leave a review says something!
