This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. They consistently make the items with half the amount the items are supposed to have. I normally don’t write negative feedback but this isn’t a one time thing. I never get the food I pay for. They are either extremely lazy and don’t make the food correctly or they are being instructed to use less ingredients to increase their profits. Either way, go to the 135th and Antioch location if you can, they do a much better job there

My fiance and I had going on break and went to go get some food here last Saturday. Not only did they mess up my order once but after I went over there to get it corrected, I got a lot of attitude and not only that a couple hours later, I got severe food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend eating here, the workers clearly don’t follow any sort of health protocol for their customers. Honestly disgusting.

This place is very hit or miss. It has been good when its good but It has now occured multiple time when our order had meat even though we had ordered veg options. Unfortunately now we open all food and check before we leave. If you go late nights sometime they do not have veg options available. Long wait times in drive through because of popular location.

By far the worst taco bell. How you gonna have specially deluxe burrito box but have nothing but beans and cheese in the burrito? Waited about 15mins in line and received little to none toppings on all my tacos and burrito…Also dude at drive through, couldn’t even do a simple change. The place looked unsanitary and dirty and so does the workers.

I don’t do drive thru very often, so was taken back when I was told this location was only accepting door dash orders. No one else was allowed to place an order. I don’t even understand how this ok. I know the whole world is short handed, but now we are catering to only a certain group of people. Ridiculous!
