I love taco Bell, I went thru the drive thru tonight. Normally takes at least 5 minutes for just a coke. But tonight I ordered, and got my food in less than 2 minutes. It was great. Only complaint I have,,,,, the cook didn’t put beef in my beef and bean burrito. I payed for it, but no meat.

Can someone tell me why they either don’t turn the lights on or they turn them off early it is 9:09pm and they are open till midnight but it is seriously dark and the back door is standing wide open which is against health codes. Ive always had good service here and they’ve always been good about my dogs small order but he wishes they had ice cream for deserts. That aside they do a great job even when shirt staffed.

Very slow and rude. We doordash and found out that doordash orders are not a priority we are very last. We have stood in there for an HR watching people who ordered after we arrived to pick the customers food up and they was getting there stuff first.

I can’t rate the food because after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby I asked for a refund. All I ordered was two bean burritos which is beans cheese red sauce and onions and a soft taco with just meat and cheese. Instead of having both food prep lanes open they had three or four people working just one side. I worked at Taco Bell in the 90s (yes I’m old) and I know a bean burrito can be made in less than a minute. The worst part was the employees with beards not wearing hair nets over their beards. I won’t be back and until Taco Bell realizes it’s fast food not hair in my gourmet food. I don’t suggest anyone go either. But I’m sure only Taco Bell and their management will actually read this

last couple of times i went in the beefy 5 layer burritos hardly have any meat in them. so I will find another place to eat. the price per burrito for a barely beefy burrito isn’t worth it. will make my own at home at least i’ll get meat on them.

Not sure what is going on with the flour tortillas here, but they are stale and not fresh tasting.
They also use the wrong sauce in their quesadillas. Pretty sure they subbed chipotle instead of the jalapeno sauce that is normally used.
The quesadilla was filled with enough chicken, but the taste was off and possibly one of the worst quesadillas I’ve ever eaten at a Taco Bell.
