Went pretty late at night for a snack. Most employees were standing outside on break. They were not busy at all and it was a nice night. Our order got mixed up twice while we were asked to park and wait. We got a free fry for our trouble. Our server was very nice.

As a pregnant mama who REALLY had a Mcchicken craving for almost two weeks now I’m so happy to say when I went today and got some and they were so warm and tasted awesome and my fries were hot!!! I asked for Mac sauce on some McDonald’s and it was on them but you couldnt taste it thru all the mustard,also the paper that tells you which sandwich is which was on the inside of every sandwhich,also 2/3 of my sauce was on the wrapper ,(inside and outside )

The dining room was clean when I walked in just off-peak time. I had my typical Quarter Pounder with Cheese combo. The fries were fresh and hot and the sandwich was fixed with exactly the toppings I requested. Points up for a correct order the first time.

I bought a burger from store# 1255 348 Old Riverside Dr Danville VA 24541 on 12/23/21 at 11:16 pm that made me sick. I ordered my food from the mobile app and went to picky it up. The meat wasn’t even cooked, it was at night and I was driving when I notice a blood taste. So I turned on my inside light and this is what I saw.. picture attached.. I was sick for a few days and I couldn’t get that blood taste out my mouth or throat. I made a complaint to the USDA and waiting on an response. I contact the store the same night and was unsuccessful with talking to anyone so I called the next morning and talked with a manager. She told me she had to come recalibrate the cooker because it was low.. I feel like the night manager should have done that and the cook should know when they putting uncooked food out the drive thru. I will never eat at this mcdonald’s again and I would care of ever visit my food was free.. it’s now 12/26/21 and I can still taste that burger
