Good location, bratty customers. Seems like folks expect everything to be the same price and speed as 10 years ago. It’s a taco bell. Sure it could be a bit faster, but it’s always clean and people are friendly. If you’re looking to get taco bell, this is just as good or better than other locations.

This Taco Bell was very nice. To be honest, I didn’t even know that it was there until I did a Google search. The service was great, the employees were in good moods (in fact, the woman running the drive through even chose between the number 5 meal and number 9 meal for me – She chose 9).
The trip was smooth, the tacos were loaded, and it was a very good experience overall.
The only thing is that it is quite difficult to get to. You can get to it if you are traveling east on 151st and then in to the drive about 100 yards before the Merlin stoplight. If you are on Merlin going south, there is a spot for a left turn, obviously northbound has the drive… then you go in off of Merlin, go about 200 yards, take a right, drive up to Sonic, turn right and go around Sonic, watch out for the cars leaving the Sonic drive-thru, go around the front of Sonic, and the entrance to Taco Bell will be on your right.

Horrible service. Ordered at 1:55. Didn’t get our food until 2:16. We we walked in the door we were the only ones inside. There was only one car in the drive through. Fast forward until the 2:15. Only one other person had come in to order. Drive through was full with about 11 cars not moving. Door dash came in to pick up an order and they weren’t even sure if the order had been made. Overall horrible customer experience.

I wish I could put less than one star to leave a review. The burrito was literally so thin and had not everything I asked for on it. My husband ordered from DoorDash and didn’t get his drink that he had paid for. We didn’t get ANYTHING we paid for. My husband also ordered a 5 layer burrito, they only put beans inside.

I had loved Taco Bell since I was a kid. I was surprised to find one near our house. I started going there a lot and loved the food and service. One day, I waited in the drive-through for quite sometime, nothing much but a 13 minute wait. When we got to the checkout window, I got my food and the young employee gave us 12 FREE taco coupons. I was shocked and thanked him. I will admit that Taco Bell has been pretty expensive lately, but the same with all the other fast food restaurants. I think Taco Bell is the best fast food place for value because they give you a lot of food for your money and plus the service is incredible. I get why a lot of people don’t like this location, but the problem is that it’s about who works there. Most of the time you get amazing food and service, but few days you get employees that skim and don’t follow orders correctly. This is also a great option for vegetarians like myself.

If your looking at Taco Bell. My wife brought me the $9.00 box. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOX. The burrito was a lot of lettuce and very little meat. Also like wise the 2 tacos were the same. NOT MUCH FOR $9.00

I eat more Taco Bell than someone probably should. I get the same thing every time, so I can accurately determine which location is best (based on what I eat, anyway). I am still new to the area, but of the 5 locations I have been to, this one is the best in the area so far. Fat burritos, fresh tasting ingredients… perfect.
