My first time eating at 5 Guys! What a delicious burger…i will definitely be back again. The best burger I have had in a long time…I am sold! Great homemade fries sealed the deal!

This is my first time going to this Five Guys. I ordered the veggie burger and large fries (extra Crispy/Crunchy). Plus, I put $2 in the tip jar. (There was no one behind me and only one guy who went before.) I got the food and went to my car to eat. The fries were Regular (with a capital “R”). They weren’t “crispy” or “crunchy.” And the veggie burger was slim. Slim meaning one piece of lettuce, one slice of tomato and a little bit of grilled onion, and grilled mushrooms. That’s it. For the price of everything, $13+change. I would have been better off with a salad from Wendy’s and / or a fries lover XL from Checkers.

Edit had to change my review because I visited this location recently and they are doing much better. Food and quality are good and the customer service is amazing and down to earth. Things change.
The service and food quality and cooks. Are slowing declining at This five guys. The service and customer service used to be great at this location. But that is going away. We went and got both our order wrong and didn’t do their signature fill the fries to the bottom of the bag. We then waited for another bag of fries which was nice but the fries were soggy and gross. We got home and realized our burgers had other toppings we didn’t ask for. We called up asked if we could be compensated. They offered 20% off our next meal. Yea no thanks we want a refund. We wrote a letter and got 20$ in gift card even though our order was 27$ how do you expect to keep customers like that? Will admit though the manager was nice just didn’t really give us good compensation for our meal.
Anyways other locations are great. The food is usually Awesome at five guys but this shop is on the slow decline. Would recommend hitting another shop up.

I think this is a very reasonable Burger place. The burgers are good and having a broad selection of toppings is what really appeals to me. The couple of times I’ve been here the workers were always quite busy and fast with service. My only con is that their French fries are actually pretty good except the amount of oil saturated in them is too much for me. Edit- ordering online and pick up on site is slow and quirky. I feel it’s just easier to order in store.
