How would I receive the experience? Mildly depressing. The customer service for the drive through was awful, the person obviously didn’t even try to act, just didn’t care at all. In addition the order was for 2 shredded chicken burritos, 1 cheese roll up, and a Baja blast. What I got was 2 shredded chicken burritos a bean and beef burrito and a soda water with a slight hint of blue. Truly a let down as taco Bell is usually my go to.

Incredibly slow service. There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and it still took forever to get my items – which several were incorrect. I’ve been here about 4 times and never once have they gotten my order right. And it’s always slow.

They have a difficult parking area and drive through, but despite those obstacles, they seem to hit the 5 star rating every time I have visited which is about once per week on average. The team is polite and gets the order right the first time!

Food was good but they were so slow through the drive thru. I figured they were short staffed and kept my composure. There weren’t a line of customers so staffing was the only reason I could attribute to the amount of time it took to receive my order.
