Placed an order through the TacoBell App picked up order through the drive-thru don’t know the cashiers name. The cashier was very friendly, ensured that my order was correct, thanked us for our business. I was very impressed with his attitude & customer service. The person that made pur food deserves recognition as well the food was hot & fresh. I had placed a big order the cashier provided plenty of fire & hot sauce packets as requested with the order. Everything was fantastic I would recommend this TacoBell & I will definitely be visiting this Taco Bell I consider this one to be the best Taco Bell in Olathe. I ordered bean burrito add beef, Taco supreme, chicken nuggets which are you have to try them.

Horrible food all around. I ordered 6 cheese roll ups, and all 6 had shredded cheese that was not melted one bit. Cheese fell out when I picked them up. Tortillas were hard and cold. I ordered Doritos Tacos with no lettuce, and after hearing the staff complain about the order, they ignored it and left the lettuce on. I get that its a bit unconventional, but to completely ignore a customer’s order is just bad service.

The Mexican Pizza is back finally! First time I’ve ever had one, and for me, it was just okay. But that’s true for almost everything at Taco Bell. I went inside to order and eat rather than eating in my car, and I wanted to eat the “pizza” fresh from whatever it is they cook it in. The tostada shells were nice and crisp, but a little thin, which makes it fall apart if you try to pick it up with your fingers. It kinda reminded me of a true tostada, but not a corn tortilla crisped up. Don’t think I’ll be ordering this often, but maybe occasionally. Service was good, not great.

It’s great, the staff is nice and clean tables. It is the most popular taco bell in Olathe. If your not in the hurry you should park , use the app because it’s busy.

went inside to order. made a kiosk order and got my drink. long wait for not being busy. finally got my food and went to my car. found only 10 cinnamon delights out of my twelve pack. went inside and they accused me of eating two of them. okay fine, went back out and went home. opened my food and all of it was thrown together and not rolled up nicely. I’ve seen better from this place

It says they close at 2:30 am, I arrived at 2:05 am and they claimed they were closed. Very rude towards me when I questioned them as well. Do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell because evidently they close early when they want.

This place has went down hill horribly slow came Thur for lunch would think with how long I had waited for my food it would be fresh tacos, horribly put together no no meat more lettuce than anything. My burrito fell out from underneath rude rude management. Won’t be back waited for over 35 minutes seen multiple people pick things up off the floor touch their face hair not contained and not one time. Did I see anybody wash their hands? Gross

They don’t even know how to roll a burrito. It’s lopsided with stuff falling out the middle. It’s not closed. And the bigger side is just a bunch of tortillas scrunched up.

Almost always understaffed. The food is fine if you don’t mind waiting… forever. Seriously, my order on a Sunday afternoon took over 25 minutes to fill. And they weren’t THAT busy. Definitely not “fast” food. The manager was doing her best to rally her team, but they just couldn’t keep up.
