Got the incorrect order after i waited in the drive thru for 30min. Then when i called to ask for a refund for missing items I was told by Ethan, I have to physically come back up to the drive thru.
Why would I wait another 30min to get a refund. This tacobell is by far the worst in the area. I have had items missing almost everytime I order. Usually I dont complain but ya’ll cant get anything right.

The guy at the speaker and window was very rude when we ordered, they were out of dragon fruit freeze, waited for our food to get out. Got it home 5min later it is all cold Catalina tacos are bare on the inside and outside. Nacho fries are freezing cold. 35 dollars barely any chicken on any of our tacos, quarter filled cheese cups and missing chips. Don’t waste your money!

No real issue with the food, it’s your typical fast food Taco bell, but the girl working the drive thru window with the face piercings was beyond rude. She didn’t acknowledge anything. Just on facetime screaming at her phone while working.
