Food is either burnt or cold every time. Sauces missing, no napkins, and sometimes even missing food. I currently work fast food and know its not that hard to make sure everything is in the bag… I got cantina chicken tacos this time and they taste terrible. I know they’re supposed to be crispy but also know they aren’t supposed to taste burnt or look like this.

Don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry. We were the only people in the restaurant and there was 3-4 cars in the drive thru. We ordered through the kiosk and after waiting for 20 minutes we went up to the counter and asked if they had an ETA on our order. The young man said that would start working on it. Another 5 minutes goes by before our order is ready, we unwrap one the burritos we ordered and it looks like it has exploded in wrapper. When we took it back to the counter and asked for it be remade there was some rude remarks heard coming from the kitchen.

Sometimes the lines are long but with how busy I know the location is I don’t complain. The food is always fresh and good and cooks as you order it. It’s very rare they mess something up.

This one location seems out and hires the laziest most incompetent people you have ever seen in your life. Every time we go there. It’s wrong. And tonight I ordered 3 double stacks. They weren’t busy at all. We were the only car there. And it looks like they are dipped in grease or water. This place should be shut down. Disgusting. They fail everytime. How hard it is? Am I missing something? How hard is it to make a taco. That you just cannot do it? At this point it’s my fault for expecting them to be able to something as simple and skill less as make a taco. They can’t. Save your time and money and drive across town to another location if you don’t want disgusting food made by people that just can’t do a simple task like make tacos. It’s one of the easiest things to make. And they fail. Time after time. I’d be embarrassed if it was me. I honestly would be ashamed of myself if I had a work ethic like these guys.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a larger order via the app. I picked it up, and drove 50 minutes home. Over half of the $75 order was missing. What was there was poorly made. It was for a birthday and completely ruined the meal. I’ve emailed 3 times about a refund and have had zero response from Taco Bell.

I ordered cantina style chicken taco hard shell and found a piece of beef. Good I checked. I am allergic to red meat, I might have had health issues. My wife Reported it to the staff but they didn’t seem to care.

We went when no one was there and ordered. They said they were out of lettuce and only had small cups which is fine. We then waited at the window for over fifteen minutes. When they handed us our food we got no apology, not even a have a good night. Then I opened my nachos bell grande at home and it has no cheese sauce or tomatoes. My cousin got cheese sauce with her nacho fries so I don’t understand why there was shredded cheese instead of cheese sauce. Also they said they’re out of lettuce, not tomatoes so that doesn’t make sense either. I’m adding a picture of my nachos and what they are supposed to look like.

We placed an online order and waited for over an hour in the lobby. We were told the drive thru was the highest priority and we would have to continue waiting. All the while they ignored everyone in the lobby. We canceled the order after several others canceled their orders. All the while the employees were talking about previous customers complaints from earlier.
