Walked in for once instead of drive thru because i had a nice slow morning, and it seemed like this mcdonald’s did too! Absolutely dead inside, no lie, literally ONE other person waiting. Stood for 15 minutes as the employees made eye contact and laughing amongst themselves at us as if it was a highschool cafeteria. Insane right, why am i having a highschool experience at a mcdonald’s lol. Never again<3 yall suckkkkkkkuuuh

My experience started with a really busy night working and trying to pre-order my meal, unfortunately, I picked a day that was super busy with a event and it was mayhem inside and drive-thru. I was greeted with confusion and they couldn’t find my meal. I was pretty upset but I did understand the chaos. Wasn’t the employees fault.. what I was aggravated is that the McDonald’s app didn’t let me submit a refund for my meal I paid for that I didn’t receive. I did however return the next day when it was less busy, the young man who took care of me was extremely understanding and immediately apologized and granted me my meal and expedited it with a complimentary large drink while I waited. The management who took care of me definitely was refreshing and made up for the chaos that I encountered the day before. Very professional. Very empathetic and handled the situation 10 out of 10. Even for it manager, he was maintaining the trash cans and storage cleanliness with proper protection and a very professional manner. That dude deserves a raised or recognization. I did not unfortunately get his name.

They take at least 20 minutes every time through drive through, also the drive through screen never shows what they are hitting and always mess up and I have to go in and have them fix it which takes even longer, seems like they are more focused on delivery orders than the people in the actual restaurant. Not a good experience I try to go to other ones but live closest to this one

I order from the app all the time. I never have an issue with the way food comes out. Today was horrible! I got my son a sweet tea. Good thing I checked it before I gave it to him. It was dark in color. Smelled weird. And tasted like chemicals!(yes I tried it) So upset wish I could get it tested. Please make sure your machines are ok!!! It happened today at this location. Also today’s fries tasted like they were warmed up in a microwave. You can see on my app I order McDonald’s ALOT mostly from this location. I have never had a issue with your tea or fries EVER till today

I think Jonathan was the manager. Despite what I can only assume was being understaffed he did his best to help me and when most employees checkout he was engaging and as helpful as he could be. This chain sucks in spite of its employees. The employees are great and whomever owns this franchise should be chastised.

I just ordered a breakfast meal sausage egg and cheese hashbrowns even got an extra hash brown totally inedible disgusting the hashbrowns were rock solid burnt. How could a place put something out like this? I’ve been going to Chick-fil-A so I’ll go back there. What a shame. Add insult to injury. I even used Uber eats so I paid twice as much as as I would from Chick-fil-A never again.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years now. I’ve been fortunate enough to get a Mcflurry once. Every single other time I’ve ordered it’s always something. Machine is down or they are out of something or some lame excuse again and again. Last night I figured I would try again. Wouldn’t you know it! The machine was down. Then my wife goes today and the car in front of her gets a Mcflurry. I believe they just don’t like to run it in the evenings. It’s ridiculous.

I entered the drive-through at around 12 AM and didn’t get my food until 1 AM. I only ordered four double cheeseburgers, yet it somehow took an entire hour. The drive-through wasn’t even moving I sat there talking to nobody at the speaker for several minutes before finally deciding to go inside.
When I went into the lobby, there were fries and trash scattered all over the floor, which made the place look completely neglected. What confused me most was that there were plenty of employees working in the back, so I can’t understand why it took so long just to take an order, let alone make four cheeseburgers. Really disappointing experience overall.

second time leaving a review. Wish I could give 0 stars. I was the only one in drive thru. Ordered a happy meal & the spicy chicken snack wraps meal. Was told to wait in spot 1. Waited about 20 minutes. Got home. One of my wraps had 1/4 a piece of chicken in there. Seriously. I bit down into a hard chunk of chicken, then took another bite and it’s all lettuce and sauce & tortilla. No more chicken. It was the size of a nugget. Second wrap? Burnt so bad the chicken won’t tear apart. Literally cannot bite through it. The inside is like fused together with gorilla glue. I’m not putting my kid with the flu back in the car and driving back for a refund. 100% learned my lesson this time, never ever coming back here

I just went through the drive-thru to order food before I head into work. They displayed the breakfast menu only. I order, then I’m told we’re not serving breakfast yet. Ok, well, give me a Quarter Pounder with cheese & bacon meal. I get down the road and begin eating. Fries were cold and nasty. I didn’t finish but a few. I opened the sandwich and kept trying to pickup it up.
I couldn’t grab the bottom -bun-. I turned the interior light on and seen there was no bun, just melted cheese on the bottom interior of the box…?
I didn’t have time to turn around, so I figured I’d try to eat it.
Burger was barely warm and nasty! These fast food employees want crazy wages, but can’t do the simple basics. This was rough start to my day.
