The food is fine alot of the people are nice. but, when an employee there is stealing card information and you are told to talk to the GM who is very defensive on the phone when it wasnt her card information being stolen is frustrating and unfair. I informed her it had happened more than once after going to her establishment but instead of listening and understanding she was rude with me on the phone telling me how im wrong. I would definitely advise anyone to NOT use a credit or cashapp card there unless you’re doing an online order or going inside the building. Be safe out there.

Poor service. Over 10 minutes to make 3 soft tacos. Wasn’t busy enough to take that long. Taco shells are always stale. The little girl at the front counter had a poor attitude. Restaurant was clean.

This is the only Taco Bell in the Springfield area that has breakfast so we came down since all the other Taco Bell’s don’t do breakfast and let me tell you Taco Bell breakfast is probably one of the best fast food breakfast you can get the California crunch wrap was delicious and the employees were nice and were very friendly
